The treatment with abdominal cavity drainage,continuous gastrointestinal decompression,parenteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition,glutamine,somatostatin and recombinant human growth hormone are the important factors for healing of anastomotic leakage following esophagogastrostomy or esophagojejunostomy after gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma.

保证腹腔引流的通畅、持续胃肠减压，特别是肠外结合肠内营养支持、强化谷氨酰胺、生长抑素、生长激素等措施，是促进胃癌切除术后食管胃或食管空肠吻合口漏愈合的重要手段。

After 4 weeks age, BALB/c mice were vaccinated with recombinant germ orally,got the gastrointestinal contents and inoculated culture and counted number at 2,6,12,24,48,72h,meanwhile got gaster, jejunum、ileum and appendix to cryostat section,then cryostat section wasput under the fluorescence microscope to observe the distribution of the recombinant germ.

分别取胃肠内容物接种培养并计数，同时取胃、空肠、回肠和盲肠做冷冻切片，在荧光显微镜下观察重组菌的分布。

The patients may occur exhaust distention more possibly in BillrothⅡanastomotic operation,that is partial resection of stomach with gastrojejunal anastomosis,than Billroth Ⅰanastomotic operation.

Surgical therapy is the first choice for the recurrent stomal ulcer with complications and BAO,MAO obviously higher,stomal resection and gastrojejunal Roux-en-y anastomosis are effective methods to treat the stomal ulcer,and conservative treatment should be chosen primarily for the patients with slightly elevated BAO,MAO.

胃部分切除术后发生吻合口溃疡的主要原因为胃酸高所致，对有明显并发症且基础胃酸、最大胃酸明显高于正常者应采取外科手术治疗，原吻合口切除、胃空肠Roux-en-y吻合是治疗吻合口溃疡的有效方法。对BAO、MAO增高不明显者可用内科治疗，效果较好。

Methods On the basis of conventional B-Ⅱgastrojejunostomy,the subtotal gastectomy was performed in30cases by modified procedure.

对30例需胃大部切除术的病人，在传统B-Ⅱ式胃空肠吻合的基础上进行改进。

The decision was made to insert a percutaneous gastrojejunostomy under fluoroscopic guidance.

决定在透视下行经皮胃空肠吻合术。

Two of the 3 cases who underwent palliative remnant gastrectomy survived 2 years and 1 alived 1.5 years postoperatively. In 6 cases of gastrojejunostomy, 4 cases died within half year, 2 cases died 12.5 and 14 months postoperatively.

行胃空肠吻合6例中4例于6个月内死亡，2例分别存活12.5个月和14个月。5例腹腔内广泛转移者仅行肿块活检术。

Results The incidence of gastroparesis was higher in patients with chronic outlet obstruction before the operation or malignancy, andpatients receiving Whipple procedure or non-gastrectomy gastrojejunostomy.

结果：本组中，术前长期流出道梗阻、恶性肿瘤、胰十二指肠切除术后、无胃切除的胃空肠吻合术的患者发病率较高，胃镜、上消化道造影是诊断本病有价值的方法，经保守治疗后胃肠动力一般可在术后5周内恢复正常。

Gastroscopy and upper gastrointestinal series served as a valuable measurement in diagnosis. In general, GI motility could be restored after 5 weeks of conservative therapies.
