Each group 30cases. The patients in the two groupsall were treated by Oral use of persantine, vitaminE, shenyankang. And lowfrequency direct current electroacupuncture at renal regions acupoints[Sanjiaoshu point (BL22), shenshu point (BL23), pishu point (BL20), qihaishupoint (BL24), zhishi point(BL52)]were added to the treatment group.

Methods: there were 40 youth Essential Hypertension patient examples who measure up , 20 cases as the group with electro-acupuncture Quchi and Taichong were observed vs 20 cases as the group with Catto pulley,observe the blood pressure and the principal clinical symptom;6 Essential Hypertension rats as the group with electro-acupuncture Quchi and Taichong were observed vs 6 Western medicine Catto pulley group、6 un-disposal sential Hypertension rats,observe the blood pressure、the plasmodia Noradrenalin and AngiotensionⅡlevel change.

临床试验将40例符合纳入标准的青年原发性高血压患者，按就诊顺序随机分为电针组和对照组各20例，分别给予电针曲池、太冲穴和口服卡托普利治疗。观察治疗前后血压、临床症状总积分及主要症状的变化。动物实验将自发性高血压大鼠18只随机分为3组，每组6只，分为电针组、卡托普利组和模型组，2周后观察各组的降压疗效，及血浆去甲肾上腺素、血管紧张素Ⅱ含量的变化。

Outcome:(1) Acute ischemic damage may induce the expression of c-fos protein in Cerebral Cortex quickly. Also, the expression increases by the ischemia time delay. It may hint that ischemia injury can rise the ability of nerve cells to tolerate ischemia and anoxia. And the expression level of c-fos can be up-regulated by putting blood of 12 hand Jing Points. So we think that treated by this therapy can rise the irritability of brain to resist the development of ischemia and enhance the ability to plerosis.(2) Acute ischemic damage may induce the expression of HspVO in Cerebral Cortex quickly. Also, the expression increases by the ischemia time delay. It may hint that ischemia injury can rise the ability of nerve cells to tolerate ischemia and anoxia.

三 结果(1)急性缺血性脑损伤可快速诱导c-fos蛋白在皮层缺血区脑组织的表达，其表达有随缺血时间延长而逐渐增多的趋势，提示脑的缺血性损伤可应激性地增强神经细胞对缺血、缺氧的耐受和适应能力，而应用井穴放血的干预治疗可明显上调缺血区皮层脑组织c-fos的表达水平，进一步增强脑组织对抗缺血性损伤的应激能力，抵抗缺血性脑损害的进一步发展。

Results The activating areas of acupuncture at Daling (PC 7) were mainly on Brodmann 46/47/44/9 areas of inferior frontal gyrus,Brodmann 6 area of middle frontal gyrus,Brodmann 22 area of superior temporal gyrus and Brodmann 40 area of postcentral gyrus and inferior parietal lobule.

结果：针刺大陵穴所获得的脑激活区主要位于额下回的Brodmann 46/47/44/9区，额中回的Brodmann 6区，颞上回的Brodmann 22区，中央后回和顶下小叶的Brodmann 40区。
