Methods:Looking on clinical curative effeat,complex evaluation of pain ,clinical electric physiology as observation indexes , using the way of the organic combination of disease and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differention theory of Meridian ,combination of the Distant-Local points, obsearved 95 patients of the ectatic and the bulgy of LIDP .

以膨出型、突出型LIDP患者为观察对象，以临床疗效、疼痛综合评分、临床电生理为观察指标，根据辨病与经络辨证、局部与远端取穴相结合的原则，对95例LIDP患者进行临床观察。
