In this thesis, firstly, some main models have been checked on their accuracy, and the reliability of MACORS code has been verified by the RELAP5/MOD2 code on five transient conditions for QSNP: loss of flow; loss of offsite power; incontrollable control rod withdrawal; the feed-water temperature increasing and the feed-water lost. The results obtained are very satisfactory. Secondly, MACORS is used to calculate the operating and accident transients for QSNP, and the analysis results are significant to real engineering. And finally for MNRS, MACORS is used to simulate the steady-state natural circulation heat-removed capacity and the transient behaviors from forced circulation to natural circulation. Some important conclusions are obtained by the analysis results.

本论文首先从各方面对核动力系统中最主要的、热工水力特性最复杂的反应堆和蒸汽发生器进行单独验证和理论分析，其次分别利用RELAP5/MOD2程序和MACORS程序对秦山核电站的双环路失流、全厂断电、反应性事故引入、主给水参数变化及丧失主给水五种瞬态工况进行了计算，结果符合很好，从而证明了本程序模型的准确合理性，选择数值方法的有效性和编制程序的正确性；尔后，利用MACORS程序对秦山核电站的多种运行及事故瞬态进行了分析，得出了具有工程价值的结论；对船用核动力装置的稳态自然循环载热能力以及相应参数的特性、强迫循环与自然循环的过渡工况等进行了仿真分析，所得结论对我国核动力船舶的设计，运行以及安全审评具有重要的意义。

The simulating results show that TCSC can control the power flow, damp theoscillations on lines and enhance transient stability of power system. In steady state,TCSC can improve the transfer capability and lessen the loss on transmission lines. Intransient state, TCSC can damp the power oscillations and improve the stability.

仿真结果表明，TCSC具有潮流控制、阻尼线路功率振荡、提高电力系统暂态稳定等多种功能：稳态下，TCSC能增大系统的输送功率，并降低输电损耗；暂态下，TCSC能抑制系统功率振荡，提高系统稳定性。

Because the techniques of the biochemical waste treatment are very important, the techniques of the cultivation of the microorganism have received more attention in recent years. A study is conducted to analyze the steady states and dynamic bechavior of the reactions of the cell-substrate and the prey-predator interaction in two chemostats in series. For the reaction of cell-substrate in two chemostats in series, if the specific growth rate of the Monod model is used for the cell , there are three types of steady states for this reaction system. These three types of steady states and stability are analyzed in detail. The dynamic behavior of this reaction system is analyzed by the numerical method and computer graphs. The results show that the dynamic behavior of this system consists of stable steady states.

由於生物废弃物的处理技术相当重要，故最近几年来微生物的混合培养技术深受大家的重视，本研究实施菌类－基质(Cell-Substrate)和被捕食者－捕食者(Prey-Predator)相互作用之生化反应在两个生化反应槽串联之稳定状态和动态分析，对於菌类－基质之生化反应，若以Monod模式来表示菌类之比生长速率，则此两个生化反应槽串联之反应系统共有三种型态之稳定状态，本研究对此三种型态之稳定状态和稳定度作深入的分析，对於此反应系统之动态行为，则由电脑运用数值分析的方法及电脑绘图进行分析工作，动态分析的结果显示此生化反应系统之动态行为，以稳定之稳态为主。
