本课题从三个相互联系的专题（即不同生物气候区荒漠化景观的结构特征、荒漠化驱动因素及其作用机理、典型荒漠化地区荒漠化发生与发展的景观空间动力学模型）入手，在深入研究荒漠化景观结构特征与过程的关系及其稳定性，不同时空尺度的荒漠化过程驱动力及其在荒漠化过程中所占比重、表现形式及作用机制，地表风蚀临界条件的确定等内容的基础上，虽未建立荒漠化景观空间动力学模型，但在沙漠化概念，末次间冰期以来沙漠化过程时间序列和特征冷暖时期沙漠、沙地空间分布格局，现代沙漠化过程中自然因素和人文因素的作用、贡献率、沙漠化土地对气候的反馈作用以及风蚀临界值，沙粒跃移轨迹参数和能量分布，我国沙漠化防治思路和对策，沙尘暴区划和沙尘暴指数等方面取得了重要进展。

结果表明：橄榄多酚提取液在加入Folin Ciocalteu试剂1.5 mL，10% Na2CO3 6 mL，反应时间2 h，温度30℃的条件下进行显色，并于765 nm处测定其吸光值，多酚质量浓度在7～70mg/L范围内与吸光值有良好的线性关系，根据此线性回归方程进行橄榄多酚的定量测定，该方法简单方便，稳定性好，准确度高。

试验表明在以松香、重烷磺酸钠、石油磺酸钠为主要乳化剂时，要获得优良的乳化液，需满足以下几个条件：(1)需在乳化油配方中加入适量的乳化剂，且其中阴离子乳化剂总量与非离子乳化剂总量的应保持适当的比例；(2)乳化油中环烷酸锌的量与其它乳化剂总量要保持正比关系；(3)乳化油中松香的量不易过大，且油酸的加入量应与松香量成正比；(4)乳化油中水分含量不易过高(一般不能大于8％)，过高时稳定性不好，易分层。

Denitrify condition of strain Mc32 was optimized through orthogonal design experiment, and denitrogenation rate of post-optimized strain was 74 %. Several passages experiment indicated that genetic stability of the strain was better.
