Two methods for the determination of magnesium in rare earth-magnesium middle alloy by EDTA titrimetry, i. e. oxalic acid precipitation and ammonium hydroxide precipitation, were studied.

The results indicate that the weak election-withdrawing group 4-hydroxymethyl in 4-position of pyridine in 4-HMDPA could weaken the fluorescence intensity of the lanthanide complexes. The contradistinctive experimental results show that the fluorescence intensities of these complexes are related to pH value of the aqueous solution and the dipole moment of solvent molecule: in the neutral aqueous solution,the fluorescence intensities of these complexes were strongest,while the less the dipole moment was,the stronger the fluorescence intensity was.

结果表明，在吡啶4位引入弱吸电子基团4-羟甲基会减弱稀土配合物的荧光强度；在水溶液中稀土配合物与溶液的pH值有着密切的关联，中性水溶液中荧光强度较大；分子偶极矩较小的溶剂中稀土配合物荧光强度较强。

本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀稀土永磁材料的制备方法，其特征是它在双合金法制备工艺的基础上，以优化晶界相设计为出发点，选取具有较高非晶形成能力的Nd基合金为辅合金，并在烧结回火时将置于耐高温石英容器中的压型坯件，从晶界相熔点以上以水淬冷却的方式降温至室温，以达到足够的冷却速率，确保得到非晶晶界相，根据本发明制得的耐腐蚀稀土永磁材料，通过测量在121℃、2个大气压以及100％湿度环境下放置96小时后材料的失重情况，结果显示本发明得到的材料与常规方法制备的相同成分的稀土永磁材料相比失重减少了30％以上，充分证明其具备了更优越的耐腐蚀性能。可广泛应用于电子、汽车、计算机、电力、机械、能源、环保、国防、医疗器械等领域。

We studied the fluorescent capability of Binolate lanthanide complexes. Thefluorescent analysis shows that both ligand and complexes exhibit luminescence. Insolid state and solution, they have the different luminescence mechanism, intensity andcolor. So we can synthesize the complexes of dissimilar fluorescence performance bychanging the state and solvent polarity. According to the literatures, the complexes playan important role in luminescence material and probe with the development of theinformation technique.

对合成的八个邻萘酚稀土配合物进行发光性能研究，通过荧光光谱分析显示，配体和配合物都能够发出荧光，并且在固体状态和溶液中的发光机制、光强度及发光颜色都不同，所以通过改变邻萘酚稀土配合物的状态以及所选溶剂极性的不同，可以得到荧光性能不同的邻萘酚稀土配合物；根据查阅的文献可知，这类配合物在发光方面的应用很少，所以在当前信息显示技术高速发展的今天，邻萘酚类发光稀土配合物在发光器件、荧光探针等材料的研究领域当中不仅具有理论意义还有实际的应用价值。

本文介绍了稀土高铝耐热球墨铸铁的生产实践、化学成分；探讨了稀土作用及其用量和控制；论述了稀土和铝加入方式以及冷却速度对金相组织的影响；并对铸造工艺、铸件缺陷及分析、耐热性能及使用效果作了阐明。试验和使用证明：稀土高铝耐热球墨铸铁在1050～1100℃长时间工作不起氧化皮，热强度800℃时，14～19kg/mm~2，900℃时≥13.3kg/mm~2，室温强度近于HT30—54，a_k≈2～6kg·M/cm~2，锤击铸件或浇冒口，很难碎裂，并能机械加工。可以认为是以我国富产资源为原料，能用各种炉子熔炼、耐热和综合机械性能均较高硅、中硅中铝球铁、高铝片墨铸铁为高的一种耐热铸铁，也是镍铬系耐热材料较好的替代品。
