By the test of clonal growth in soft agar medium , we compared the ability of cloning and proliferating among these three kinds of cells. The cell cycle was analyzed by FCM and morphosis of cells was observed under transmission eletron microscope.

To objectively evaluate curative effect after cells transplantation, most techniques for the study of stem cell transplantation in animal models require histological analysis to determine the fate and migration of cells.
