Objective:To report the clinical experience of the operation and rehabilitation treatment of displaced fracture of the acetabulum .

目的：报告移位髋臼骨折手术及康复治疗的临床经验。

The train positioning technology based on absolute position encoding is proposed. The absolute positions of the rail track are encoded with the m sequence. The biconditional markers placed on the rail track are detected sequentially by the train-borne reader. The exclusive position code consists of the binary information in the shift register. The absolute train positioning information can be extracted by decoding this position code.

利用m序列（最大周期线性反馈移位寄存器序列）对轨道线路上的绝对位置进行编码，当列车在线路上运行时，通过车载阅读器顺序检测设置在轨道线路上的二值标记，在不同位置上读到的标记在移位存储器中构成唯一的位置编码，以此位置编码值作为地址与车载阅读器所处位置的坐标信息相对应，就可以实现列车的绝对定位。

The measured object can be found within a few milliseconds in the raster-scan image. 4 . Two lines delay for the processed image is implemented using two 128×8 shift registers with the configurable logic block in FPGA. A new fully pipelined bit parallel hardware architecture for Sobel edge detection is implemented with FPGA. Furthermore, it takes no more than 2ms to complete the edge detection of an image with 128×128 pixels.

视觉检测信号的前端处理技术 1、系统地分析了视觉检测算法层次性特点和计算特点，提出了提高视觉检测信号处理速度的基本方案：采用前端处理系统，自动识别被测物体在获取图像中的位置，并将真正有用的被测物体的边缘坐标值，提供给计算机，作进一步的高精度处理； 2、系统研究了实时图像硬件处理的设计基本方法，提出了基于FPGA的视觉检测信号的低级处理算法硬件实现模块化模型； 3、提出了一种新的基于FPGA的模板匹配并行模块化结构，解决了二维图像处理高带宽要求，在几毫秒内就可以在按扫描顺序输入图像中找到检测目标物体的位置； 4、采用FPGA内部的可配置逻辑块实现了128×8移位寄存器的设计，解决了大容量移位寄存器与FPGA内部寄存器数量之间的矛盾，实现了两行图像的延迟。

The primitive polynomial of 3-12 pseudo-random sequence generator is obtained after the deductions. The better nonlinear feedback function of all states pseudo-random sequence generator can be picked out according to the characteristic of pseudo- random sequence signal, then using all states of shifting counter through modifying the linear shift register feedback network to realize the all states pseudo-random sequence signal.

经过推导可以得到3-12 bit伪随机序列发生器的本原多项式，再根据伪随机序列信号的特性选择出较好的全状态伪随机序列发生器的非线性反馈函数，即通过修改线性移位寄存器的反馈网络将移位型计数器的全部状态加以利用，实现全状态伪随机序列信号。

The 3-D finite element model of thoracolumbar spine was established based on the CT value of an aged volunteer using software Ansys-5. 0.The stress field and motion diagram of the thoracolumbar spine were evaluated, especially the change of that of augmented L〓 vertebral body with TCP-PMMA cement.

取一女性老年骨质疏松志愿者的〓的CT扫描图像，利用Ansys-5.0软件建立胸腰椎异物同构力学模型和椎间盘的三维有限元分析模型，分析在正常载荷下的胸腰段脊柱的应力场和移位场，着重分析椎体成形术后局部椎体增强对相邻椎体的应力场及移位场的影响。

Objective: To explore the value of different surgicalmethods in the treatment of the displaced femoral neck fracture of the elderly.analyse joint function, complications, reversion factors Methods: An follow up study was done on 71 cases older than 60years who were treated with internal fixation, femoral head arthrop lasty and total hip joint replacement between 2000 and 2005 to compare the difference upon operation time, blood loss, duration of hospi-talization , joint function evaluation one and two years after operation , complications and reversionrate.

目的：探讨加压空心螺钉内固定术、人工股骨头置换术和人工全髋关节置换术在治疗老年人移位性股骨颈骨折中的临床价值。分析术后髋关节功能、并发症、二次手术或翻修率等相关因素。方法：对2000—2005年于长春中医药大学第一附属医院骨科收治的71例60岁以上移位性股骨颈骨折患者进行了随访研究，比较AO加压空心螺钉内固定术、人工股骨头置换术和人工全髋关节置换术在手术时间、出血量、住院时间、术后下地时间、术后12个月和24个月的髋关节功能评价、并发症以及二次手术率方面的差异。

The aim of the study is to improve the outcomes of shoulder abduction by accessory nerve transfer from the following two aspects:① Select the best choice of recipient nerve;②Design a dorsal-approach spinal accessory nerve transfer, more effevtively use the pinal accessory nerve.

本课题研究旨在从以下两个方面：①选择副神经移位恢复肩关节外展功能的最佳受区神经，②设计新的后入路副神经移位术式；提高副神经的利用效率，改善术后患者肩关节外展功能的恢复。
