Objective To explore the clinical value of renal dynamic imaging and urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase, apoplosis DNA fragment in evaluating the damage degree of hydronephrotic kidneys in children with hydronephrosis.

目的 探讨核素肾动态显像单光子发射计算机断层扫描仪检查与肾盂尿N-乙酰－β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶、凋亡DNA片段水平检测在评定肾积水患儿病肾损害中的临床价值。

Three Cases with hydronephrosis were located in left kindey, and 3 cases in bilateral kidneys. Of 5 kidneys in 4 cases of ureteropelvic junction obstruction, Anderson-Heny's procedure was performed in 4 kidneys, and nephrectomy was performed in 1 hydronephrotic kidney because the renal function had lost. Cohen's procedure was performed in all 3 individual hydronephrotic kidneys in 2 cases.

病因及治疗：肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻4例5只肾，4只肾做了Anderson-Heny's手术，1只肾无功能行肾切除术；2例3只肾为巨输尿管症，均行Cohen's法输尿管膀胱移植术，其中1例合并膀胱重复畸形，手术中同时行共同壁切除；l例出生后肾积水渐减轻，未特殊处理，正在随访中。

For hydronephrotic kidneys, urinary NAG can evaluate impaired nephric tubule whereas renal dynamic imaging may evaluate the damage level of glomeruli; urine ADF may not indicate the damage level of diseased kidneys in children with congenital hydronephrosis.

肾积水患儿病肾尿NAG检测可早期反映病肾小管的损害，病肾GFR降低表明肾损害已累及肾小球，尿ADF水平检测不能反映病肾损害。
