科学态度

We hope to re-recognize the essential features of the Chinese culture and the basic law in the culture developments, and know the current situation and historical mission, so that we can treat the developments of Chinese culture and even mankind's culture exactly and sincerely.

我们希望能够因此而重新认识中国传统文化的基本特征和文化发展的基本规律，认识中国文化的现状和历史使命，以便我们能够以更科学的态度对待中国文化乃至人类文化的发展。

Qualification:Have at least 8 years J2EE programming and architecture design experience. Have Ph.D or master degree on computer engineering or computer science. Have in-depth knowledge on J2EE and web technologies, including Web2.0 framework, Portal/Portlet, Struts/Struts2, Hibernate, Spring, JMS, Jboss tool kit, application servers, WSDL. Have deep domain knowledge on computer applications, grid computing and virtualization, and rich experience with customers in those domains. Be familiar with software engineering and produce development process. Have work experience with multiple OS, e.g. UNIX and Windows. Have serious work attitude, good team work and communication skill. Good at English reading and writing. Prefer to speak English fluently.

人员要求：至少八年J2EE开发及架构设计经验；有计算机工程/计算机科学博士或硕士学位；在J2EE和Web领域有很深的研究和广博的知识，包括Web 2.0架构，Portal/Portlet， Struts/Struts2， Hibernate， Spring， JMS， Jboss tool kit， application servers， WSDL；对计算机应用，网格计算，虚拟计算领域有很深的了解和客户经验；熟悉软件工程和软件产品开发流程；有多种操作系统上的工作经验，如Linux， Solaris， AIX和 Windows等；有良好的团队协作精神，认真负责、精益求精的工作态度和沟通能力；有很强的英语文档编写能力；有流利的英语口语能力者优先。
