This institute setted up four scientific research organization: institute of biodiversity and ecological engineering, center for research and development of new drugs, institute of environmental and biological technology, center for research and development of dasheen, three departments: biology science, biological technology, biological resource and environment, four disciplines for undergraduate: biochemistry and molecular biology, ecology, cell biology and environment science, four disciplines for graduate: biology science, biological techonology, biological engineering and environment science.

学院现有生物科学、生物技术、生物资源与环境三个教学系和生物多样性与生态工程研究所、新药研究与开发中心、环境与生物技术研究所、魔芋研究开发中心四个科研机构；有生物资源与环境"211工程"建设国家重点学科和生物化学与分子生物学、生态学、细胞生物学、环境科学4个硕士学位点及生物科学、生物技术、生物工程、环境科学4个本科专业。

The value neutrality of science is regarded as course of variation.there were some different opinions in different periods.from historical dimension this article is discussing the raising and the feature ,and the critical views of the neutralism of scientific axiology in the history of contemporary philosophy.the neutralism of scientific value is dialectally analyzed.the law of identity of science is the value neutrality ,it has be historical and realistic significance.
