Upon these plants, some germplasm resources were collected at home and abroard, and their morphology, palynology, cytology, growth and development habit, fruit economy characteristics were studied. The extraction methods for DNA of Lonicera Caerulea L. and reaction system of RAPD were also discussed in the project. And it was the first time to study the genetic diversity, relationship and classification of Lonicera Caerulea L on wild resource in Northeast of China and subsection using RAPD.
