本文介绍了RFLP技术的原理及特点，并从六个方面综述了国内外RFLP技术在植物遗传育种中的应用：（1）连锁遗传图谱的构建；（2）RFLP连锁遗传因在禾本科植物中的应用，（3）跟踪、鉴定染色体或其片段、分析系统发育；（4）数量性状遗传的研究；（5）优良性状及抗性材料的筛选；（6）种质资源遗传多样性的研究。

Being an excellent molecular genetic marker, SSR has been widely applied in many fields including detection of genetic diversity, germplasm identification, genetic linkage map construction, gene mapping and molecular marker-assisted breeding.

SSR是一种优秀的分子遗传标记，已经广泛应用到遗传多样性检测、遗传种质鉴定、遗传连锁图谱构建、基因定位与标记辅助育种等多个领域。

Many kinds of genetic resources of fine characteristic are filtered by studying, and provides fine idioplasm which can be used for breeding and studying genetic resources.

笔者主要对西藏春青稞种质资源中优异种质进行评述，筛选出一批具有一种或一种以上的优良性状的遗传资源，并提供可利用的优良种质，为青稞育种及基因资源的研究提供依据。

It can be concluded from the experiment results that hatchery seed has lower genetic variation and large-scale hatchery seed releasing affects the genetic diversity of the natural population. The shrimp distributed along China coast in Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea may consist of more than one populations. The viral disease resistant ability of F. chinensis is proved to be genetically inherited and can be improved by genetic selection.

通过对实验结果的进一步分析认为：中国对虾人工育苗的过程使后代群体的遗传多样性下降，人工培育苗种的大规模放流影响了自然群体的遗传多样性；，分布于我国沿海的中国对虾可能由多个自然群体构成，还存在未被发现的种质资源；中国对虾抗WSSV病毒感染是由遗传决定的，选育可提高中国对虾对WSSV的抗性。

The results revealed that there were 5 genetically homogeneous accessions having only one hordein spectrum biotype and 15 genetically heterogeneous accessions having 2~6 hordeins spectrum biotypes.

So it is very necessary to study variances of Chinese Meretrix meretrix germplasm resources and their molecular genetic bases for their lasting utilization,sustained and healthy development of aquaculture industry. In this study, the genetic bases and their variances of representative populations of Meretrix clam were investigated through phenotypic traits and on the molecular level by quantitative genetic methods and molecular marker analysis technique.

本研究从表观性状和分子水平上探测我国文蛤种质资源的遗传基础和变异水平，旨在深入了解我国文蛤的种质状况并为其保护和可持续利用提供依据；在此基础上，通过杂交选择育种实践，分析和探讨文蛤由此获得杂种优势水平，为养殖文蛤的遗传改良和新品种培育提供理论指导。

ISSR markers were used to study the genetic relationship and investigate the genetic diversity and genetic structure for providing a theoretical basis and technical support for appropriate conservation and application of existing genetic resources of Tagetes.
