In present day, straitness of germplasm resource stands the way of maize breeding in China. So, new germplasm and expanding use of germplasm resource arc required.

上海市农业生物基因中心的主要研究内容：1、本着最大限度地保存遗传多样性的原则，广泛收集鉴定保存原产于上海市的农业生物基因资源；突出重点，全球范围内收集具有重要科学意义与经济价值或应用前景的优良资源；2、建立主要农作物功能基因组研究的资源平台；积极开展遗传材料的创制；发展种质资源保存与评价的技术方法；3、种质资源的综合评价与深入研究，鉴定、定位和克隆具有自主知识产权的重要农业生物基因； 4、进行植物新品种保护的研究；全国范围内分发与有效利用种质资源。

In this research, many indices of drought resistance during germination stage and seedling stage were chosed to evaluate comprehensively the drought resistance of 20 Dactylis glomerata L. germplasm from abroad.

以国外引进的20份野生鸭茅种质资源为研究材料，通过萌芽期PEG模拟干旱试验、幼苗期温室盆栽试验，系统测定了干旱胁迫下鸭茅种质萌芽期种子萌发抗旱指数、胚根、胚芽，幼苗期幼苗株高、根冠比、叶片水分饱和亏缺、质膜透性、脯氨酸含量等形态和生理指标，全面分析了这些指标的变化规律，对所引进的20份鸭茅种质的抗旱性进行了综合评价。

The results revealed that there were 5 genetically homogeneous accessions having only one hordein spectrum biotype and 15 genetically heterogeneous accessions having 2~6 hordeins spectrum biotypes.

The objective of this work is to find the relationship among accessions of leucaena from different geographical distribution based on diversity analysis so as to provide theoretical foundation for the evaluation, classification, utilization and selection of leucaena germplasm resources.
