With the combination of lighting, cooling and heating under daylighting, the study on the effect of the key characteristic parameters on total energy consumption is provided. The validation of the comparability of daylight distribution for building antetype and model is made through theoretical analysis and simulating calculation in the thesis. Due to the variable sky condition, daylighting factor is used for experimental validation instead of illuminance. The error analysis of several testing methods used in the experiment is conducted, followed by the experimental validation of the effect of WWR, sill and transmittance on daylighting factor distribution.

基于天空状态的多变性，提出用天然采光因数替代照度进行实验验证，对实验中的几种测试方法进行了误差分析，并通过实验验证了窗墙比、窗台高和透光率对天然采光因数分布的影响。4 为了更直观地分析各参数对照明节电的影响，提出了"特征点"、"特征线"和"特征距离"等概念；分析了天然采光下的照明节能状况，综合考虑照明、采暖和空调能耗，计算分析了几个主要特性参数对总能耗的影响。

First,the distance ratio between within-class and between-class of each column of mixing matrix is computed by using a distance measurement.Then,for each class,the mixing matrix and independent components are re aligned by sort ascending according to the distance rate,and the columns of the weight matrix with smaller distance ratio and the corresponding features are reserved.Finally,the best feature set is selected by genetic algorithm from these foregoing feature vectors.

A method is provided for encoding and decoding a sequence of digital data, according to which a portion of the sequence of digital data corresponds to a data block that includes several data packets, at least two data packets per data block containing an identifier. Methods An unsupervised local and global features extraction method was adopted for the localization of facial features of frontal view face image. First, a threshold was used to segment the image into foreground and background, and the nose was localized by considering the symmetry of the face. Second, Harris operator was adopted to detect interest points in a rectangular area covering all the facial features, and then local maximum of the interest points were detected. And finally, Kmeans clustering method was used to cluster the points and obtain the facial features localization.

针对红外正面脸部图像，采用一种无监督的局部和全局的特征提取方法，首先通过阈值法区分出前景和背景，并根据面部特征对称性在前景中确定鼻区；然后在面部确定一个包含所有特征的矩形区域，利用Harris算子在该区域检测出角点，并找出这些点的局部最大值点；最后用Kmeans方法对这些点进行聚类。

The main researches about Chinese character recognition of vehicle license plate and its corresponding technique in this paper are as follows:(1) The pre-processing for image is essential before character recognition. This paper firstly uses the experience knowledge to give a roughly orientation,then set a carefully orientation based on Otsu arithmetic,finally get the whole clear license plate.In order to solve the problem of character extraction,the fly-back method is put forward:the experience knowledge is made the best of.(2) An algorithm of feature extraction from grayscale image based on optimization Gabor filters is proposed.

本文针对车牌汉字识别及相关技术进行研究，主要工作包括：(1)在对车牌汉字进行识别前需要进行必要的预处理工作，我们首先运用车牌的先验知识进行粗定位，然后采用Otsu阈值二值化方法等进行快速鲁棒的车牌区域细定位，获得完整、清晰的车牌轮廓，并采用回扫式字符切割方法，充分利用了车牌字符固有的特点准确找到各个字符的分割点，为特征提取奠定了基础；(2)提出一种优化的Gabor滤波器特征提取算法直接对灰度图像进行特征提取。
