The analysis methods for the determination of micro or trace elements in high moisture jellyfish were developed. The fatty acid compositions in difderent parts of fresh jellyfish were determined by GC/MS method. Thirty-five fatty acids were identified, and most of them were found in R. esculentum jellyfish for the first time. Especially, two unusual very long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids that were never detected in the other jellyfish also were determined. Amino acids were abundant in R. esculentum jellyfish, especially containing sulfur amino acids, and could be supplied for human diet. The polysaccharide in umbrella part of jellyfish was composed of glucose, galactose and uronic acid, and its molecular weight was 40,000, but the polysaccharide of the oral arms part consisted of glucose, mannose and glycuronic acid, and its molecular weight was 43,000. Above-mentioned data were never reported. The ethanolic extract of oral arms part of jellyfish were extracted by different polar solvents (petroleum ether, acetic ether, n-butanol), and antibacterial activity was tested to these extracts by four species of terricolous pathogenic bacilli and three species of botanic pathogenic fungi. The result demonstrated that the petroleum ether extract had certain bactericidal activity for two species of pathogenic bacilli, and n-butanol extract had certain inhibited activity on apple rot pathogenic fungus.

Treated with 3 kinds of cultivation medium s:peat,moss and soil,adaptability of Thalia dealbata,Pontederia cordata,Iris sanguinea and Hydrocotyle verticillata were compared.

结果表明：3种处理下，再力花、海寿花和轮叶石胡荽的植株地上部、地下部生物量均以地栽处理最高，植株根冠比均以地栽处理最低；溪荪在3种处理下的适应性没有表现出明显差异；4种植物在3个处理下的根系活跃吸收面积率变化趋势相似，基本在40%～50%波动，没有明显差异；4种植物在泥炭栽培和水苔藓栽培基质下都有一定的适应性。

A method using a tiny thermistor as heat transfer model was developed to measure thermophysical properties (thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity) of three standand samples(ethanol, ethylene alcohol, solution of calcium chloride). Results showed that there was no significant difference between measurement and recommendation; results of thermal conductivity from thermistor method and heat probe method for carrot and potato samples showed no significant difference; results of thermal diffusivity between thermistor method and calculation for carrot and potato samples showed no significant difference.

This paper briefs the basic principles of " transitive closure " cluster analysis based on fuzzy equivalent relation and fuzzy ISODATA cluster analysis based on soft division technique, and advances a classification and recognition method by combining K-L transformation and the two fuzzy cluster methods above, which makes full use of the advantages of both cluster methods.

介绍了基于模糊等价关系的"传递包"聚类和基于软划分的模糊ISODATA聚类2种模糊聚类分析方法的基本原理，充分利用2种方法的优点，提出了一种将K-L变换与上述2种模糊聚类方法相结合的分类识别方法。

The results showed that (1) the positive staining of ChAT was obviously observed in the cells of the three kinds of human pituitary adenoma, however, it was lower than that in normal human pituitary gland;(2) ACh had a similar effect on the proliferation of the three kinds of human pituitary adenoma cells. ACh at 0.1～10 μmol/L decreased the ［3H］TdR incorporation and the MTT A value in a dose-dependent manner. At the same time, ACh decreased the ratio of S or G2 phase pituitary adenoma cells significantly, but increased the ratio of G1 phase pituitary tumour cells markedly;(3) the effect of acetylcholine on the proliferation of human pituitary adenoma cells was inhibited by atropine, but not by tubocurarine;(4) ACh had no effect on the apoptosis of human pituitary adenoma cells cultured in vitro.
