A clone from each genotype was randomly selected as representative for sequencing. The obtained 16S rDNA gene sequences had a similarity of 87%-100% with those in the GenBank (www. ncbi. nlm. nih. gov), and more than half of them had a similarity lower than 97%, being of new species. Based on phylogenetic analysis, the bacteria in the two soils were classified into 10 groups, with 5 groups in common. The dominant bacterial groups in the two soils differed obviously. In primeval forest soil, the dominant group was Proteobacteria, which had 39 genotypes, occupying 58.0% of all the clones; while in the soil of degraded ecosystem the dominant groups were Acidobacteria and Proteobacteria, which had 19 and 15 genotypes occupying 32.5% and 30.5% of all the clones, respectively. In the soil of degraded ecosystem, Proteobacteria group decreased while Acidobacteria group increased markedly, compared with those in primeval forest soil.

The feeding and excretion of three little fishes (Hemiculter. leucisculus, Tilapia. aurea and Cirrhinus. molitorelld) was studied and their effect on water quality of Qiankeng reservoir in Shenzhen City Around the topdown effect of fish was also studied. Based on the analysis of their stomach contents, their diet composition was assayed. The three fishes" feeding rhythm in cage and their rate of digestion indoor were looked into, and their daily ration was estimated through the method of daily average fullness index. Using the spectrophotometer, the content of chlorophyll a in the stomach was measured, and the feasibility of taking the chlorophyll a as an index of measuring the feeding of fish on phytoplankton was studied. Adopting the national standard method, the effect of the three fishes" excretion on total nitrogen, total phosphorus, CODMn, pH, turbidity and conductivity coefficient was surveyed. It suggested that smut race 1 and race 2 were included in inocula and the condition for Ustilago scitaminea infection was suitable in the crop season by setting up the standard varieties of NCo310, F134, NCo376 and Ya71-374 for smut identification. In addition, the results of sugarcane varieties resistant to smut race 1 and race2 were known by only a simple field trial.

In the experiment besides entire spermatophore transplantation and spermaduct transplantation, partial spermatophore transplantation and semen transplantation were firstly used in artificial insemination of Fenneropenaeus chinensis. Artificial insemination rate, fertilization rate and hatching rate were compared among the four methods. The results indicated that artificial insemination rate of four methods was high, the highest was 80.8% and the lowest was 53.3%.
