A feature extraction method for palmprint image is proposed,the implementation procedure of this method is as follows:firstly,the 2D Gabor wavelet transform coefficient amplitudes are computed at the equispaced discrete positions on the palmprint image,and they are used as original features of the palmprint image;then,the dimension of the Gabor wavelet feature is reduced by principal component analysis;lastly,the optimal discriminant features that are most advantageous for classification are extracted by linear discriminant analysis.

提出了一种提取掌纹图像特征的方法，该方法的实现过程如下：首先，计算掌纹图像上均布离散位置的二维Gabor小波变换系数的幅值，将其作为掌纹图像的原始特征；其次，利用主分量分析实现Gabor小波特征的降维；最后，通过线性判别分析提取最有利于分类的最佳鉴别特征。

In the process of this item, after the mainly uncertainties affecting the network planning are detailedly researched, some flexible planning models such as Blind Number Method and Scenario Method are proposed. Because power network planning is a nonlinear, discrete, multi-peak, multi-objective and nondifferentiable problem, it is very hard to be solved. Ant Colony Algorithm is an advanced metaheuristic method and has potential to deal with network planning problems.

本项目的研究过程中，针对影响电网规划的不确定性因素做了深入的定性和定量分析，采用盲数理论和多场景技术建立了多种具有良好适应性和灵活性的电网规划模型；同时，针对电网灵活规划模型非线性、离散性、多目标及目标函数不可微等特点，对多种优化算法在处理此类问题时的性质进行了分析和对比，并最终采用蚁群算法较好地解决了电网灵活规划问题。

This involves in a transformation of optimization of a function in continuous domain into a combinatorial optimization in discrete domain, as well as the proper choice of various control parameters such as temperature, iterative number etc.

为此，目前主要采用三种基于随机搜索策略的鲁棒技术，其中模拟退火算法是最有希望的一种，该算法的核心思想是随机模拟物理上的物质退火过程，它主要涉及将连续域优化问题转换为离散的组合优化问题，以及合理地选择各种控制参数、迭代时间等。

On the basis of solute transport theory, the coal gangue eluviated in Xinqiu in Fuxin coal miming area was studied for the pollution of groundwater. The mechanism of coal gangue eluviated in the aquifer was analyzed. A coupled numerical model was developed with convection、sorption and dissolve、disintegration for simulating the leachate transport in groundwater. The model was discreted by using a Gelarkin finite-element method and a Picard iteration scheme, and the process of coal gangue leachate was presented, which predict the temporal and spatial distribution features of contaminant concentration. The result indicates that the contaminated plume is continually extended as time increases, and the vertical diffusion is more abvious.

以溶质运移理论为基础，针对阜新市新邱露天煤矿煤矸石淋滤液对地下水污染实际情况，分析了煤矸石渗滤液在含水层中运移的规律，在综合考虑对流扩散、吸附解吸、生物降解条件下建立了淋滤液在地下水中运移的耦合动力学数学模型，采用Galerkin有限元方法和Picard迭代法相结合对耦合模型进行了离散，模拟了淋溶液对地下水污染的动态过程，预测了污染浓度的时空分布特征，并结合实际观测数据进行对比。

This paper introduces the software structure and real time process principle of real time NC system, according to the milling process character of NC system and the geometrical modeling method of computer simulation, presents a technique of subdividing roughcasts and data structures which applies to the computer simulation of the NC milling process; and in order to quicken the operating rate and enhance the reality of computer simulation, puts forward a logic algorithm of the 3D milling process of real time NC system which can display the effects of the computer simulation of 3D milling process of real time NC system dynamicly and efficiently in PC, such as the movement of tools, the elimination of materials, the shape changing of roughcasts.

刘景能，蒙艳玫（广西大学，530004）摘要：本文介绍了实时数控系统软件结构与实时工作原理，根据数控系统铣削加工的特点和计算机仿真几何建模方法，给出了适用于数控铣削加工仿真的毛坯离散细分方法和数据结构；为了加快处理速度和增强仿真效果真实感，提出了一种实时数控系统三维加工仿真的逻辑设计算法，即在单CPU机器单线程程序中使用普通软件循环和定时器模拟实现多线程，该算法可以在微机上动态显示高质量的铣削加工过程刀具的运动，材料的去除和毛坯形状的变化等数控加工三维仿真效果。
