Depositing cells were incubated in high-sugar DMEM culture medium containing 15% fetal bovine serum, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 U/mL Streptomycin, then cells were seeded in a 25 T culture bottle after cell density was adjusted to 1×109 L-1, and incubated at 37 ℃, 0.05 volume fraction CO2 with saturated humidity.
