Structures of Na~+-AD ion-complexes with 1 or 2 H2O molecules were obtained. It was found that H2O can bond with Na~+ in the structure of Na~+-AD to form Na-O van der Waals bond. H2O molecule can also bond with N or O atoms in AD moiety to form H-bonds as N-H…Ow or O…Hw-Ow. The former process takes place more easily. The most stable structures of Na~+-AD ion-complexes with 1 and 2 H2O molecules are W-C7AB and 2W-C7AB, respectively.αB conformer of Na~+-AD can not exist in the presence of 2 H2O molecules.

研究发现水分子可以结合在Na~+-AD络合离子中的Na~+附近形成Na-OW范德华键，也可以与Na~+-AD络合离子骨架结构中电负性较强的N或O原子结合形成N-H…OW或O…HW-OW氢键，相对而言，水分子更容易结合在Na~+-AD络合离子中的Na~+位置，Na~+-AD最稳定的带1个或2个水分子的结构分别为W-C7AB和2W-C7AB，Na~+-AD络合离子的αB构象在2分子水存在的情况下完全消失。

According to experimental results and etiopathogenisis and pathology of osteoporosis , and analyzing review investigation on hepcidin、associations of bone metabolism and iron metabolism and relations of ferri ion and calcium ion,we can make conclusions as follows: 1、We applied single manmade intervention approach to induce osteoporosis model in this study, there was no other influential factor. In the termination of test , rats bone density and bone histological anatomy indicated that osteoporosis model was creditable,meanwhile hepatic functional enzyme and hepatic microtome section demonstrated that hepatic function had noci-influence induced by medicinal herbs resource. Accordingly, we could believe that hepatic hepcidin gene expression and serum hepcidin contents can represent internal iron metabolism changes at selected test time. 2、In this investigation, different findings between test group and control group indicated that:according to changes of hepcidin gene expression measured by RT-PCR and changes of serum hepcidin contents determined by ELISA kit , there were correlations between hepcidin and rat osteoporosis model induced by retinoic acid. 3、Under the condition of this investigation,there was a interactive hypothesis as follows: Hepcidin iron metabolism←→ferriion←→calcium ion←→osteoporosis.

根据本次实验结果，对骨质疏松的病因病理的认识及铁代谢与铁调素、骨代谢与铁代谢关系、铁离子与钙离子的关系系列研究的回顾，经分析得出如下结论：1、本研究骨质疏松模型采用单一人工干预方法，没有其他影响因素；实验结束时大鼠骨密度、骨组织学检查表明骨质疏松形成，同时肝脏功能酶和HE切片显示肝脏功能未受药源性产生明显损伤性影响；因此，同期不同时间组大鼠肝脏铁调素基因表达、血清铁调素含量可以代表体内铁代谢不同时间的变化。2、在本研究中，模型组与对照组研究结果的差异表明：铁调素基因RT-PCR变化、血清铁调素ELISA测定含量变化与维甲酸制作的大鼠骨质疏松模型形成有实验相关性。3、在本研究平台下，形成了一个互相影响的假设图：铁调素←→铁代谢←→铁离子←→钙离子骨质疏松。

The research progresses in degradation technologies of benzene or some of its derivatives in water are reviewed.The macroscopical reaction mechanism of HNO2(NO2-)and C6H5Br in aqueous solution has been studied.Different influence factors have been discussed,including different pH condition,initial concentration,irradiation time,different anions and the optimization of experimental conditions.By using liquid chromatography,the degradation rate of bromobenzene has been qualitatively analyzed.The concentration variations of Br~and NO2- have been analyzed by using ion chromatography.

本文介绍了苯及其衍生物对水环境所造成的污染和危害，研究了365nm光照下HNO2(NO2-)与C6H5Br混合溶液的宏观反应过程，初步考察了混合体系中溴苯的降解及衰减行为，较为系统地探讨了影响溴苯降解过程的各种影响因素，包括溶液的pH值、初始浓度、光照时间、不同离子的影响以及实验条件的优化，并利用液相色谱法进行定量研究溴苯的降解率，利用离子色谱法分析检测实验过程中溴离子和亚硝酸根离子的变化。

The organoboron compounds in this paper are based on triarylboranes, boronic acids and boronic esters. The structure-property relationship and sensing mechanism are elucidated. Organoboron compounds as Lewis acid can be used as fluoride probe with high sensitivity and selectivity because they have a unique LUMO in which the π-conjugation is divergently extended through the vacant p-orbital of the boron atom. The complexation of the boron π-electron systems with fluoride ion would interrupt the π-conjugation extended through the boron atom, causing the change of photophysical properties.

介绍了基于三芳基硼化合物、硼酸和硼酸酯的有机硼化合物在氟离子检测中的应用，评述了这些化合物的结构和检测性能之间的关系，讨论了检测机理，即有机硼化合物中硼原子空的p轨道使其作为路易斯酸能够选择性地结合氟离子，硼原子与氟离子的结合破坏了硼中心与芳香取代基的p-π共轭，引起有机硼化合物光物理性质的变化，从而实现对氟离子的高选择性检测。

To test the hypothesis, neontal rat cadiomyocytes Treat with heat shock(HS,42℃,2h) to induce the expression of HSP70,then teated with 0.5mmol/L H2O2. We first found H2O2 can reduced cadiomyocytes apoptosis and HSP70 only over-expression in the HS group, other two group only express HSP70 a little in the test of expression of HSP70.Then we tested the concentration of Ca2+, the [Ca2+ ] of CON was 192.224+6.654, the [Ca2+ ] of H2O2 group was 290.6918+8.922and the [Ca2+]of HS group was 214.2633+4.484.To further determine how HSP70 repaired the Ca2+ homestasis, we measured calcium transient of each group.

实验中应用MTT和流式细胞技术检测细胞的凋亡，发现损伤组的存活率明显低于其他2组，热休克组(Heat shock group，HS group)细胞存活率略低于正常组细胞；免疫组化结果表明只有在HS组才检测到阳性反应，即是HSP70的表达，其他2组均为弱阳性结果；应用离子成像技术对细胞内钙离子浓度进行测定，发现损伤组290.6918+8.922明显高于正常组192.224+6.654和HS组214.2633+4.484，HS组细胞内的钙离子浓度略高于正常组；为了进一步探讨HSP70对于ROS引起的心肌凋亡过程中钙离子的调控机制，又对各组的心肌细胞进行了钙瞬变的测定。

Methods by using a broad pH range column(Gemini NX C18,4.6mm×150mm,5μm),basic mobile phase which was[H_2O-ammonia-glacial acetic acid] (96:3.6:0.4)-methanol,the related substances in etimicinsulfate were separated and detected by electrospray ionization and positive ion monitoring,the ESI ion source condition was following: temperature is 350℃,nebulizing pressure is 50 psi,dry gas flow is 10 L /min.some related substances in etimicinsulfate were identified by comparing the retention time in chromatography,~+ spectrum and MS~2 spectrum with reference substances\',the others which haven\'t reference substances were identified or speculated by analyzing their MS~2 fragmentation with the help of a rule summarized from the MS~2 fragmentation of gentamicin C1a,micronomicin and etimicin.Results nineteen related substances in etimicinsulfate were separated and detected.

方法利用宽pH范围的Gemini NX C18(4.6mm×150mm，5μm)色谱柱，在碱性条件下，以[水-氨水-冰醋酸(96：3.6：0.4)]-甲醇(70：30)为流动相，直接分离各组分；并用HPLC-ESI-MS~2检测样品中各组分，质谱条件：ESI离子源，离子源温度350□，雾化室压力50 psi，干燥气流速10 L/min，正离子检测方式；对有对照品的有关物质采用比对有关物质与对照品的色谱保留时间、准分子离子的质荷比及二级质谱方法进行鉴定，无对照品的有关物质，则是先通过解析庆大霉素Cla、小诺霉素、依替米星的二级质谱，对该类化合物的二级质谱裂解规律进行归纳，并以此推测未知新化合物进行结构，再用推测的结构对二级质谱进行解析，如所有的碎片离子均合理解释，表明推测合理。

The complexing properties of compounds 10a, 10b, 11a and 11b toward alkali metal ions were studied by 〓H NMR titration, ESI-MS, UV-Vis spectra, Fluoresence spectra and liquid-liquid extraction. The results show:(1) the 1:1 complexes were formed.(2) The calix-crown 10a, 11a have a higher selectivity for Na〓 ions, whereas 10b, 11b for K〓 ions.(3) The complexing ability toward alkali metal ions was enhanced when the calix-crown have side arm carbonyl.(3) The coordination of alkali metal ions toward phenoxy, carbonyl and crown ethereal oxygens take place by rotation around the carbon-carbon bond of carbonyl and methylene.

六，用〓H NMR滴定，ESI-MS，UV-Vis，Fluorescence，液-液萃取实验研究了10a，10b，11a和11b对金属离子的配位性质，研究结果表明：1）杯芳烃冠醚衍生物同碱金属离子形成了1：1配合物，化合物10a、11a对Na〓具有较高的配位能力，化合物10b、11b对K〓具有较高的配位能力；2）在杯冠醚环的旁边引入带有羰基氧原子的基团作为侧臂参与配位可以加强对碱金属离子的配位能力；3）金属离子分别同苯酚氧，羰基氧，聚氧醚链氧发生了配位，配位过程中侧链基团涉及到了羰基碳与亚甲基碳的碳碳键的旋转过程。
