The main research work and its results are: 1Empirical results are analysed for the relations of fault displacement and earthquake magnitude, and difference between permanent ground deformation and maxium dynamic relative displacement on the two sides of fault; 2An analytic method is proposed for resopnse of a buried pipeline due to earthquake fault movement; 3A new shell model with an equivalent boundary and relted finite element analysis method are proposed for estimating response of a buried pipeline under large fault movement; 4By the proposed method, damage performance of water supply steel pipelines with large diameter is simulated to the real cases in Kocaeli Earthquake and Ji-Ji Earthquake, and simulating results show the real failure mode of pipes is revealed; 5Effects of overlying soil and soft/hard interlayers are analyzed on ground rupture mode and degree due to earthquake fault, and some earthquake rupture phenomena in soil layers are theoretically described for the first time; 6Pipeline response characters are discussed for the case of considering effects of soil layers on ground rupture mode; 7Research results and proposed method are applied in seismic analysis of pipline acrossing fault in the Gas Tansportation Project from West to East in China.

HRP was coupled with the fluorochrome FITC and encapsulated with liposome . pEGFP-N1 plasmid (expressing green fluorescent protein) with encapsulation in commercially available liposome was prepared. The eyes were enucleated 1, 4 and 8 weeks after zonule rupture and anterior segments comprising lenses were incubated in medium containing one of these components. Cryo-sections were made and translocation of fluorescent macromolecule from the medium into the lens and green fluorescent protein expression in the epithelium were observed by fluorescent microscopy.

Comparing with the result of methyl iodide in intense laser field, some differences are observed:(1) at the same laser field intensity, the highest charged fragment ion of methyl bromide was Br(superscript 3+), lower than I(superscript 6+) of methyl iodide;(2) the dehydrogenation channel was observed in the multiphoton dissociation or Coulomb explosion of methyl bromide, but was not observed in the case of methyl iodide;(3) HBr(superscript +) was observed, but there was no similar channel in the case of methyl iodide;(4) for methyl bromide, the valid charge distance of Coulomb explosion increases with the product of p and q; while in the case of methyl iodide, the distance remained almost the same;(5) the producing channel of CH(superscript + subscript m)(m=0, 1, 2) is different from the ionization-dissociation of methyl iodide in which the stepwise dissociation of CH3(superscript +) was thought to be the main channel, CH(superscript + subscript m)(m=0, 1, 2) of methyl bromide are mainly from the products of the direct dissociation of the dehydrogenated parent ions instead of the stepwise dissociation of CH3(superscript +).
