Benzylidene[1,3-bis(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-4,5-dihydroimidazol-2-ylidene]dichloro(2-methylpyridine)ruthenium (62), benzylidene[1,3-bis(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-4,5-dihydroimidazol-2-ylidene] dichloro(2,4-dimethylpyridine)ruthen ium (63) introduce ortho substituted pyridine as dissociating ligand to weaken Ru-N bondand accelerate dissociation of pyridine derivative ligand through steric hindrance.

在钌卡宾配合物[1，3-二-(2，6-二甲苯基)-4，5-二氢咪唑基]-苯亚甲基-(2-甲基吡啶)-二氯合钌(62)，1，3-二-(2，6-二甲苯基)-4，5-二氢咪唑基1-苯亚甲基-(2，4-二甲基吡啶)-二氯合钌(63)中，邻位取代的吡啶作为解离配体，通过邻位基团的空间效应削弱钌-氮配位键，使配体更易解离，提高了催化剂的初活性。

Results ①Five days after abdominal application of Xiaoji power(0.1 g per mouce),the medicine showed a very significant effect in enhancing gastrointestinal propulsive function.② Xiaoji powder not only had relaxing effect on the normal smooth muscle in vitro,but also had a strong spasmolytic effect on acetylcholine,green bariuminduced spasm of intestinal smooth muscle.The experiment was based on 10 μg atropine sulfate as a positive control to carry out control experiments.It showed the graphics of atropine sulfate in spasmolytic role.③Xiaoji powder navel paste therapy played a positive role in adjusting the gastrointestinal electric disorder caused by deficiency of spleen Qi,and could restore it to its normal state.

结果 （1）以0.1 g/只消积散给予小鼠腹部用药5 d，即显示非常显著的增强胃肠推进功能作用；（2）消积散不仅对正常离体平滑肌有舒张作用，同时对由于乙酰胆碱、氯化钡引起的肠平滑肌痉挛也有强的解痉作用，该实验是以硫酸阿托品10 μg作为阳性对照药进行对照实验，显示了硫酸阿托品的解痉作用图形；（3）消积散敷脐对脾虚引起的胃肠电紊乱有明显的调节作用，使脾虚大鼠的胃肠电基本恢复到正常状态。

Therefore, fluorescein isothiocyanate conjugated lectins, namely concanavalin agglutinin, wheat germ agglutinin and soybean agglutinin, were used to localize lectin receptors on plasma membrane of male and female gametes and other relevant sexual cells, as well as embryos of various developmental stages of Nicotiana tabacum and Torenia fournieri by cooled charge coupled device and Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope.

Results For callus induction of leaf explants of C. orchioides, dark treatment gave better results compared to light treatment; among the media tested, the suitable phytohormone combinations were 2.0 mg/L 2, 4-D or 6-BA 1.5 mg/L 2, 4-D 2.5 mg/L, and 300 mg/L CH 0.2% AC was good for plantlet regeneration from leaf explants. The callus from leaf explants mainly originated from midrib. The parenchyma cells near epicuticle of midrib firstly were initiated to division. Then the parenchyma cells of vascular bundle sheath and mesophyll cells on each side of vascular bundle were also divided to form callus.

结果对仙茅叶片的愈伤诱导，黑暗的效果好于光照；在所试验的培养基成分中，适宜的激素配比是2.0mg/L2，4-D或6-BA1.5mg/L 2，4-D2.5mg/L，并且附加300mg/L水解酪蛋白和0.2%活性炭，对于仙茅叶片的离体成苗较好；培养后，愈伤组织主要由叶片的中脉产生，位于中脉上表皮内侧的薄壁细胞首先启动分裂，随后维管束鞘薄壁细胞及其外侧的叶肉细胞也启动分裂，参与愈伤组织的形成。

本研究首先以离线的方式收集各类牙科噪音，然后将它传递到个人电脑，并使用CoolEdit及LabVIEW软体程式，分析出在牙科治疗过程中所产生之噪音的频率范围，最后透过各种比较，找出适当的截止频率，在截止频率(1KHz)被决定之后；针对该截止频率，使用主动式滤波的方式设计出相关的电路，组成主动式噪音率除系统，来滤除那些高於截止频率的噪音信号，只保留语音频率范围；此外透过mp3或cd player所播放出的音乐讯号，也可以同时被传递到耳塞系统来增加信号杂讯比，那麼当病人在治疗时，因为有这音乐可以使病人的焦虑跟紧张获得舒缓。

Using a long-term reared housefly population which is very susceptible to pyrethroid insecticides as the susceptible strain, a population collected in 1993 in Shanghai and has been treaded by cyhalothrin as the resistant strain, we bioassayed their susceptibility to organophosphorus, carbamate, pyrethroid and organehloride insecticides. We also investigated the role of metabolic enzymes, i. e. esterase, GST, MFO and of target enzymes, i. e. AChE and 〓-ATPase in resistance to insecticides. Cyhalothrin resistance inheritance, the co-toxicity coefficient of cyhalothrin and methylene dithiocyanate was also studied. The insecticides resistance in adults and larvae of houseflies was compared and the mechanism of resistance differences between adults and larvae was discussed.

本文以采自野外并经过室内多代筛选的三氟氯氰菊酯抗性家蝇品系和室内多年饲养的敏感家蝇品系为试虫，测定了抗性家蝇品系和敏感家蝇品系对拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂三氟氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、有机磷杀虫剂DDVP、氨基甲酸酯杀虫剂残杀威、有机氧杀虫剂DDT的抗性水平，并通过活体增效剂实验和离体生化实验研究了抗性品系的解毒酶和靶标酶的变化，本文还研究了三氟氯氰菊酯和增效剂I对抗性家蝇的增效作用及增效机理、家蝇幼虫和成虫对杀虫剂的抗性差异及其抗性差异的机理。
