RT-PCR detection of SYT-SSX mRNA can be used in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues as a sensitive and specific technique in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of synovial sarcoma. 2. The SYT-SSX fusion type is related to histological type and cell proliferative activity of synovial sarcoma. 3. Some characteristic sequence motifs flank genomic breakpoints of chromosomal translocation of synovial sarcoma, including Alu sequences, Translin recognition sequences, topoisomerase Ⅱ recognition sites and palindromic sequences, which may be associated with chromosomal translocation of synovial sarcoma.

1、RT-PCR技术检测SYT-SSX mRNA表达可用于福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋组织，敏感性和特异性高，可用于滑膜肉瘤诊断和鉴别诊断。2、SYT-SSX融合基因类型与滑膜肉瘤组织学分型及细胞增殖活性相关。3、滑膜肉瘤染色体易位断裂点旁存在一些特征性序列，包括Alu序列、易位素识别序列、拓扑异构酶Ⅱ识别位点、回文序列等，可能与其染色体易位发生机制有关。

1Cubic millimeter tissue sampling was fixed with the mix of 1% glutaraldehyde and 4% paraform in 4℃.

利用兔后腿软组织损伤、海水浸泡模型，分别于损伤后浸泡于海水中2小时，浸泡后分别进行各种低渗盐水冲洗，分别于干预处理后1h、3h、6h、8h、12h，在损伤周围0.5cm范围内的肌肉组织中取材，0.5cm3损伤组织用4%福尔马林固定，HE染色，光镜下观察损伤组织的细胞浸润情况，用免疫组化法检测受伤肌肉组织凋亡相关基因Caspase3表达情况；1mm3损伤组织用1%戊二醛一%多聚甲醛混合固定液(pH7.4 ) 4℃固定，电镜观察其细胞凋亡及细胞膜、线粒体等结构的变化；生化检测Na+，K+-ATPase活性，了解其组间的差别。

Objective: To provide anatomic data for treating tumors in the posterior and middle tentorial incisural space through comparing anatomic features of the median and paramedian infratentorial-supracerebellar approaches. Methods: 10 formalin-fixed cadaveric specimens were dissected in steps by using the standard median and paramedian infratentorial-supracerebellar approaches under operating microscope respectively.

目的：通过正中和旁正中幕下小脑上入路的解剖学比较研究，为手术治疗小脑幕中和后切迹间隙的肿瘤提供解剖学基础方法：取10例福尔马林固定的尸头标本在手术显微镜下分别模拟正中和旁正中幕下小脑上入路进行逐步解剖，观察和比较不同手术入路所暴露的视野范围，描述重要解剖结构之间的关系。

目的 探索安全钻头应用于颈椎弓根螺钉孔道钻探的安全性与准确性方法随机取14具福尔马林浸泡的成人颈椎标本（C3～C7），保留完整的脊柱三柱结构及相关的韧带和椎旁肌，根据影像学测量的进钉点和进钉方向，模拟颈椎后路手术过程。

Abstract］ objective to explore the accuracy and safety of safety drillprepared for cervical pedicle screw trajectory.methods fourteen adult cadaver specimens of cervical spine（c3～c7）with intact structures including ligaments and perivertebral muscles were reserved and used.according to the radiographic measurements,safety drill was inserted into cervical pedicle individually.the evaluation of the drill's trajectory was carried out by ct scan and three-dimension reconstruction and autopsy.results one hundred and forty drill's trajectories were made.9 holes failed with a perforation rate of 6.4%.conclusion the safety drill prepared for cervical pedicle screw hole is safe and effective and can be applied and popularized clinically.

目的 探索安全钻头应用于颈椎弓根螺钉孔道钻探的安全性与准确性。方法随机取14具福尔马林浸泡的成人颈椎标本（c3～c7），保留完整的脊柱三柱结构及相关的韧带和椎旁肌，根据影像学测量的进钉点和进钉方向，模拟颈椎后路手术过程。选用安全钻头，进行实际的颈椎弓根螺钉孔道的钻探，将孔道行ct扫描，并斜位三维重建孔道形态，并以肉眼直视观察结果为金标准，评价孔道钻探的成败。结果钻探孔道准确率89.3%（125/140），穿孔率6.4%（9/140）。结论安全钻头应用于颈椎弓根螺钉孔道钻探的安全性与准确性均较高，可以在临床上推广使用。

The aim is to use rat model of formalin result to pain to observe rat praxiology responses after giving ASA , The results found that: The rats showed spontaneous pain-related responses after formalin test. After being injected formalin into one hindpaw, the rats of F group immediately showed intense pain-related response: flinching / shaking and licking / biting injected paws.

在福尔马林炎性痛动物模型测定给药后大鼠的痛行为反应，发现ASA可以明显抑制F引起的双相痛反应，故从行为学的水平确定了ASA有显著的镇痛效应。

Results:All dosage groups of Tou-Yu-Tong Pills could release chronic nerve injury caused by formaldehyde solution; remarkedly inhibit the pain of mice in the formalin test and prolong the latencies of paw-licking. It could significantly diminish pain caused by glacial acetic acid ,reduce the number of the writhing in mice.To the model of migraine ,Tou-Yu-Tong Pills can improve the content of 5-HT in brain tissue of mice ,and ruduce 5-HTAA.

结果 头愈痛丸对福尔马林致小鼠慢性神经性疼痛反应，能明显减少动物舔后足的时间，改善其伤害性疼痛行为反应；对冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应，能显著延长扭体的潜伏期，减少扭体反应的次数；对小鼠偏头痛模型，能显著升高小鼠脑内5-HT的含量，且降低5-HIAA的趋势。

It was suggested that Potassium permanganate and Acidum trichloroisocyanuras were not suitable to use in controlling the diseases of Silurus asotus Fries due to its low safe concentration, formalin should be used carefully, while Cupric sulfate, Trichlorfon and Chlorinae dioxydum could be used securely.

根据试验结果，高锰酸钾、强氯精不适宜在鲇鱼苗的防病中使用，福尔马林应谨慎使用，而硫酸铜、敌百虫和二氧化氯可以安全使用。

The acute toxicity effects of six kinds of drugs(Cupric sulfate, Trichlorfon, Formalin, Potassium permanganate, Acidum trichloroisocyanuras and Chlorinae dioxydum) on Silurus asotus Fries with body length of 1.5~2.0cm were studied in lentic condition at room temperature.
