We review the differential diagnosis of cerebellar ataxia with vision loss secondary to retinal pigmentary dystrophy. This paper supports concept of a desirable clinical diagnosis to avoid multiple genetic or invasive testing in children with neurodegenerative disorders.

Methods Origins, courses, branches, distribution and the anastomosis of the posterior antebrachial cutaneous nerve and its nutrient vessels were studied on 24 upper extremities and 5 fresh cadavers using gross anatomical method.

方法使用24侧上肢标本和5具新鲜整尸标本，通过大体解剖、铸型和动脉造影等方法，研究前臂后皮神经及其营养血管的起始、走行、分支、分布及彼此间的吻合规律。

Methods In 18 adult upper extremity cadavers,origins,courses, branches,distribution and the anastomosis of the medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve,basilic vein and their nutrient vessels were studied under the operating microscope.5 fresh adult cadavers,photographic developer were injected in the artery.

方法上肢标本18侧，显微剥离表皮组织，观察前臂内侧皮神经、贵要静脉及各自营养血管的起始、走行、分支、分布及与其它血管的吻合情况；新鲜整尸标本5具，动脉灌注显影剂，剥离体被组织于X光下摄影，分析皮动脉的分布及其与毗邻血管的关系。

On the basis of these treatments, the patients in the treatment group also had aerobic kinesitherapy through limb and trunk exercises with assistance to improve oxygen consumption of the body and increase the heart rate. In each session of exercise, the patients were supposed to attain the target heart rate of 70％ to 85％ of the personal highest safe heart rate.At the beginning, each session of exercise lasted for 10-15 minutes and the heart rate or pulse was measured every 4-6 minutes, with the patients'heart rate allowed to increase by no more than 20/minute and the patients not feeling tired. The subsequent exercise time gradually increased but not over 30-40 minutes, twice a day for no less than 5 days a week.

干预：两组患者均给予改善循环和营养神经药物等治疗，在此基础上，治疗组采用有氧运动疗法：以靶心率为指标，即以通过运动获得的个人最高安全心率70％～85％作为每次运动的靶心率，开始时每次运动10～15 min，每运动4～6 min测一次心率或脉搏，运动以患者心率增加不超过20次/min、患者感觉不疲乏为度，以后逐渐增加运动时间，直至每次活动持续时间30-40 min，2次/d，每周治疗不少于5 d。

Sensory nerve conduction velocity and amplitude of action potential were within the normal range. Sural nerve biopsy was performed in the proband. Berardinelli-Seip congenital lipodystrophy 2 (BSCL2) gene were sequenced in the proband and other 4 patients.

对先证者进行腓肠神经活体组织病理检查，并对先证者和其他4例发病者进行血Berardinelli-Seip先天性脂肪营养不良基因2(BSCL2)基因检查。

According to the result of the bariam enema examination after 6 Months,the average diameter of microcolon was 15mm.And based on the pathological report by frozen section during the 2nd operation.Gangliocyte could be seen into the mucous layer of the microcolon.They were all accepted the end-to end intestinal conastomosis in two-stage operation and be used intravenous feeding for 7 days.
