Methods From March 1998 to May 2003,32 patients with soft tissue defects around the heel,malleolus,achilles tendon and the low 1/3 part of anterior tibial were reconstructed by use of reversed sural neurovascular fascio -cutaneous island flap,including 20 cases of traumatic defects,8 cases of chronic ulcer and 4 cases of scar tissue.

对32例小腿下段及足踝部软组织缺损的病例，采用带腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣修复，其中创伤致软组织缺损20例，慢性溃疡8例，瘢痕切除术后4例。

At 12 days after modeling, 8 μL serum-free BMSC suspension modified by Ad-BDNF gene was infused into 1.6 mm posterior to the anterior fontanel, 1.5 mm from lateral side and 4.0 mm from ventricle side in the injured lateral ventricle of rat models in the modified group.

造模后12 d，基因修饰细胞组取重组腺病毒脑源性神经营养因子基因修饰的不含血清骨髓间质干细胞悬液，于伤侧侧脑室坐标前囟后1.6 mm、外侧1.5 mm、腹侧4.0 mm注入8 μL；未修饰细胞组移植等量的单纯骨髓间质干细胞悬液。

应用腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣修复同侧下肢软组织缺损35例，皮瓣面积最大16 cm×11 cm，最小7cm×6 cm，其中将小隐静脉与受区静脉吻合14例，未吻合静脉21例。

The former, intracranially complements patients some factors, most frequently with TH gene to compensate scanty of intrastriatal DA and improve the symptoms of the patients, while have little resistance to the progressive degeneration of dopaminergic neurons; The latter provide variety of neurotrophic factors, most specific being the glial cell-line derived neurotrophic factor , to protect the residual DA neurons in the nigrostriatal system from further pathogenic injuries, while have little benefit to those DA neurons with irreversible damage, and them cannot offset the already-existing symptoms.

前者是给宿主脑内补充某些因子，主要是DA合成过程中的限速酶TH基因，以补充纹状体内DA含量的不足，减轻患者的症状，但对DA能神经元的进行性退变没有治疗效果；后者则是提供各种神经营养因子其中最具特异性的为GDNF，以保护黑质一纹状体系统内剩余的DA能经元免受病因的继续损害但对已发生不可逆性损害的DA能神经元并无拯救作用，无法消除已出现的症状。
