神经节瘤

Purpose:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal gland ganglioneuroma.

目的 ：提高肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的诊治水平。

Methods: In the past 10 years, 9 patients were diagnosed of adrenal gland ganglioneuroma with pathology.

回顾性分析我院近 10年来经病理检查证实的 9例肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的临床资料，对其病理学特征、临床表现、诊断及治疗进行讨论。

Purpose:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of intravertebral ganglioneuroma in the lumbosacral vertebral canal.

目的：探讨腰骶部椎管内神经节细胞瘤的诊断与治疗。

ConclusionThe ganglioneuroma has some characteristic CT appearance that can improve the accuracy of diagnosis. The multilayer spiral CT can show the relationship between tumor and peripheral blood vessel and vicinal structure clearly. It can provide more reference information for clinic and operation.

结论节细胞神经瘤有一些特征性的CT表现，有助于提高节细胞神经瘤诊断的准确性；多层螺旋CT能清晰显示肿瘤与周围血管及邻近结构的关系，可为临床及手术提供更多的参考信息。

当然，必须看到胶质瘤成分才能诊断一个神经肿瘤为节细胞胶质瘤，这一判断非常主观--&亡斧疑邻&。

脊髓神经鞘瘤的发病位置可位于脊髓的任何节段，并且最常见于硬膜内。

Results: The findings on CT and MRI were as follows: 57 cases of Oligodendroglioma, 15 cases of Ganglioglioma , 5 cases of Dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor , 3 cases of Pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma .

结果：少枝胶质瘤47例，间变性少枝胶质瘤10例，节细胞胶质瘤15例，胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤5例，多形黄色细胞瘤3例。

Results: the findings on ct and mri were as follows: 57 cases of oligodendroglioma, 15 cases of ganglioglioma , 5 cases of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor , 3 cases of pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma .conclusion:the images on ct and mri of cerebra peripheral tumor occur some characters , so ct and mri were certain worth on the diagnose and differentiate diagnose of cerebra peripheral tumor.

结果：少枝胶质瘤47例，间变性少枝胶质瘤10例，节细胞胶质瘤15例，胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤5例，多形黄色细胞瘤3例。结论：脑浅表肿瘤存在影像特征，ct及mri对其诊断有一定的价值。少枝胶质细胞瘤；节细胞肿瘤；胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤；多形性黄色星形细胞瘤；ct；mri

Results The supratentorial lesions involved the occipital lobe in 4, frontal lobe in 3, fronto-occipital lobe in 2, temporo-occipital lobe in 3, lateral ventricle in 1 case and the saddle region in 1. All the lesions were large in volume and most of them presented heterogeneous signals in MRI. Of the 14 cases, 12 showed cystic degeneration and necrosis, 2 had hemorrhage and 6 showed signs of emptied small blood vessels. Twelve cases had heterogeneous enhancement and 2 had moderate enhancement. Pathologically, 10 cases of neuroblastomas were identified, along with 3 ganglioneuroblastomas and 1 atypical rhabdoid tumor.

结果 病灶位于顶叶4例，额叶3例，枕顶叶2例，颞枕叶3例，侧脑室1例，鞍区1例，病灶普遍较大，病灶绝大多数信号不均匀，病灶内可见囊变／坏死（12例）、出血（2例）、流空小血管影（6例），增强后病灶呈明显不均匀强化（12例），中等强化2例；神经母细胞瘤10例，节细胞神经母细胞瘤3例，非典型横纹肌样瘤1例。
