RESULTS: VIP widespread expression existed on photoreceptor-outer, inner nuclear layer, inner plexiform layer of retinal and choroids; weak expression existed on ganglion cell layer and nerve fiber layer.

The data were analyzed by analysis of variance between the control group and experimental group and by analysis of snk-q among each dosage in the experimental group.results: vip widespread expression existed on photoreceptor-outer, inner nuclear layer, inner plexiform layer of retinal and choroids; weak expression existed on ganglion cell layer and nerve fiber layer.
