To investigate the neuronal migration and synthesis of peptidic neurotransmitters in vitro, neuromuscular co-cultures of nodose ganglia and cardiac muscle cells of Wistar rats were established.

为了观察结状神经节与心肌细胞联合培养中神经元的迁移和肽类神经递质的合成，我们建立了Wistar大鼠迷走神经结状神经节与心肌细胞联合培养的模型。

The labelled cell bodies were observed in the jugular ganglia,the nodose ganglia and the C12-LS12 spinal ganglia in both sides,and the quantity in the left side were larger than that in the right.

结果显示，两侧颈静脉神经节、结状神经节以及颈12至腰荐12脊神经节出现标记细胞，左侧的标记细胞明显多于右侧。

The results showed that IL-1 receptor-like immunoreactive neurons existed in both nodose ganglion and vagal paraganglion in normal rat. In nodose ganglion most of cells were small or medium in size, whereas almost all cells in vagal paraganglion were positive.
