The aim and significance of utterance segmentation is discussed. A method of integrating FBSRN with the rules is proposed for Chinese utterance segmentation. The fine-grained rule is used first to tag a segmented or unsegmented sign. Then, FBSRN is used to further segment the according to syntactic and semantic dependent information in context.

After that an inverse kinematics medal is set up based on BP neural network. By choosing the Bayes algorithm, we use the Matlab neural network workbox to program, simultaneously provide simples in needed range.
