The results of prediction agree well with the experimental ones. The simulation system has good prediction capacity for the microstructure evolution of Ti-15-3 alloy during hot backward extrusion and after solution treatment. It can be used to replace the experiments for predicting the flowing laws and the distribution of microstructure.
