SETTING: Histological and Embryological Department and Neurobiological Department in Third Military Medical University of Chinese PLA.

Most of the experiment rats whose autonomic nerves controlling uterus were cut off couldn′t pregnancy,nidation was delayed in the other rats.

选用成年雌性 Wistar大鼠，采用外科手术方法分别在妊娠前和妊娠后切断支配大鼠子宫的植物性神经，观察了切断神经对 Wistar大鼠着床的影响，并用常规组织学方法观察了子宫肥大细胞数的变化。

Methods A total of75adult corpses were dissected and the celiac ganglia and aorticorenal ganglia were identified and scanned with CT and MRI for their location.

对75具成年尸体标本的腹腔神经节、主动脉肾节进行解剖，通过组织学鉴定神经节和淋巴结，通过CT、MRI扫描和断层观察其位置。

Staining and observing shows that the most pathological changes were interstitial pneumonia and hemorrhagic pneumonia, typical nonsuppurative encephalitis, and neurogangliitis et al. The lymphoid tissue was necrosis, and the amount of lymphocytes was reduced. The pathological changes of the positive cells, especially the epithelial cells were swell, denaturization and hyperplasy to the extent.

H.E。染色观察显示，病理组织学变化主要表现为间质性肺炎和出血性肺炎、典型的非化脓性脑炎、神经节炎等；淋巴结、扁桃体和脾脏等组织内淋巴细胞坏死、数目减少；有阳性反应的细胞，特别是阳性上皮细胞呈现不同程度的肿胀、变性、增生等病理变化。

Six months later electrophysiological and histological examination were made to know the possibility and quality of regeneration.

术后6个月通过神经电生理和组织学检查了解神经再生的可能性及再生质量。

Result: Schwann-like cells disperse in the hole of nerve graft at oneweek under Scanning Electronic Microscope, the processes of thesatellite-like cells adhere to the wall of graft.There was no statisticaldifference of activity of cells in both group(P＞0.05) using MTT. At 12weeks,the result of appearance, histology and TEM were similar, therewere no statistical difference in SFI%, NEP and quantitative analysis ofrecovery rate of myelinated fiber populations, diameter of myelinatedfiber and thickness of myelin sheat.

结果：1w后扫描电镜下可见接种的类Schwann细胞分散在材料表面的孔隙内，细胞形态为星状，细胞突起与支架管壁粘附；MTT法测定细胞活性示神经支架组在各时间点与对照组无显著性差异P＞0.05；12w时两组动物坐骨神经外观、组织学光镜观察、透射电镜观察结果相似、两组坐骨神经功能指数恢复率、神经电生理、再生有髓神经纤维计数恢复率、神经纤维直径恢复率、髓鞘厚度恢复率等指标相比无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。

The findings of the newly identified goose paramyxovirus strain GPMV/HBexperimental infection were as follows: The challenge caused high morbidity and highmortality.The clinical signs included severe depression, decreased appetite or anorexia,white,yellow and green diarrhea, with neural symptoms;pathological changes showed thathaemorrhage and ulceration of intestine mucosa, necrosis of spleen and pancreas,andedema of liver and kidney, uratic deposition in kidney.Eosinophilic inclusion bodies werefound in the cytoplasm of pancreas and a large quantities of fiber protein were found inintestine. 人工感染雏鹅实验中，雏鹅临床表现为高发病率和高死亡率，食欲和饮水减少，拉白色、黄绿色稀粪，伴有神经症状；常规组织学观察，脾脏和胰腺肿大，有白色坏死斑点，肠道出血和坏死，肝脏肿大变性，肾脏肿大变性有尿酸盐沉着等；用特殊染色和组织化学方法首次对人工感染鹅副粘病毒的雏鹅的重要脏器进行研究，结果表明：胰腺中发现病毒包涵体，肠道中大量纤维素以及胶原纤维增生，肾脏、肺脏大量含铁血黄素沉着，免疫器官如脾脏和淋巴结中T、B淋巴细胞大量减少；电镜下多种细胞呈现线粒体水肿，多种实质细胞的染色质固缩，染色质边集，特别是细胞内容物如脂肪滴增多的病理变化特征。
