Objective:To identify chronologic changes in the histomorphometry and structure of the chronically denervated posterior cricoarytenoid muscle.

目的：动态地观察单侧喉返神经切断后，健侧环杓后肌酶组织化学和结构的改变。

At three months, the latency and wave amplitude of regenerating nerve were 2.74 0.49msx 19.02 2.32mv respectivly in group A, and 2.32 0.46ms, 21.04 1.09mv respectively in group B, there was no statistical difference in both groups, no regenerating nerves were found to bridge the gaps and cicatrices formed, the results could not be acquired.

肌电图测量及分析术后2月电生理检测再生神经的潜伏期及波幅，A组分别为3.37±0.54ms、13.82±1.73mv，B组分别为2.82±0.49ms、17.45±1.51mv，A组低于B组(p＜0.05)，3个月时A组潜伏期及波幅分别为2.74±0.49ms、19.02±2.32mv，B组分别为2.32±0.46ms、21.04±1.09mv，A、B两组无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。C组仅见瘢痕组织，无神经纤维再生连接缺损处，无法进行检测。3。

Mehtods Thirty male SpragueDawley rats were randomly divided into acute stress,chronic stress and control group(each n=10),acute and chronic stress models were made with forced swimming and empty bottle stimulation separately,and frequency of getting into central grille, detention time , outer grille numbers,modifying numbers and dejecture grain number were observed with openfield experimental box;expressions of neuropeptide Y and adenylcyclase in prefrontal lobe cortex, hippocampus CA3,striatum of the groups were observed using the immunohistochemistry method and correlation analyses conducted.

将30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为急性应激组、慢性应激组和正常对照组，每组10只，用强迫游泳和空瓶刺激分别制作急性和慢性应激模型，采用开野实验箱观察各组大鼠进入中央格次数、停留时间、外周格子数、修饰次数、粪便粒数；采用免疫组织化学方法检测各组大鼠神经肽Y、腺苷酸环化酶在前额叶皮质，海马CA3区，纹状体的表达水平，并进行相关分析。

Wounds such as road accidents, gunshot injuries, fire burns and some internal medicine diseases like diabetes, tumors and palsies always accompany with muscle injuries. Muscle regeneration is relatively difficult on the conditions of serious and large area of muscle injury or loss. Finally the raw surface will be replaced by fibrous connective tissue and form scar, which may disenable the movement of body and badly influence nerves and blood-vascular system, and eventually develop into obduracy wound.
