The operation with tumescent anesthesia is an ideal surgical technique for patients with neurofibroma. It is easily performed with less bleeding and risk , and raises the possibility of tumor resection.

在手术切除体表神经纤维瘤的过程中，应用肿胀麻醉技术，术中出血少，无需输血，降低了手术风险，提高了最大限度切除瘤体的可能性。

Results Cortical tumors were seen in 9 cases, including adenomatous hyperplasia in 3 cases, adenoma in 4, cortical adenocarcinoma in 2;Medullary tumors were seen in 9 cases, including pheochromocytoma in 5 cases, metastasis in 3, neuroblastoma in 1;interstitial tumors were seen in 9 cases, including myelolipoma in 4 cases, and neurofibroma,cyst, lymphoma, malignant transformation of mesothelioma, malignant mesenchymal tumor in one, respectively.

结果 皮质肿瘤9例，其中肾上腺腺瘤样增生3例，腺瘤4例，皮质腺癌2例；髓质肿瘤9例，包括嗜铬细胞瘤5例，转移瘤3例，神经母细胞瘤1例；间质肿瘤9例，其中骨髓脂肪瘤4例，神经纤维瘤、囊肿、淋巴瘤、间皮瘤恶变、间叶组织来源恶性肿瘤各1例。

The tumor was excised with CO2 laser. Pathological diagnosis was neurofibroma.

经二氧化碳雷射切除肿瘤后，病理诊断为舌部神经纤维瘤。

Results Of the 58 cases, 26 were inflammatory pseudotumors, 8 focal hyperplastic lesions, 7 hepatocellular adenomas, 7 lipomatous tumors, 5 cystadenomas, 3 tuberculosis, 1 harmatoma and 1 neurofibroma.

结果 58例中炎性假瘤26例，局灶性增生性病变8例，肝细胞腺瘤7例，脂肪类肿瘤7例，囊腺瘤5例，肝结核3例及错构瘤和神经纤维瘤各1例。

The mRNA of CTGF, TGF-β1,ColⅠ and ColⅢ in neurofibroma tissue were over-expressed, whereas that in normal skin tissue was none or rare.

神经纤维瘤组织及瘢痕疙瘩组织中CTGF、TGF-β1、ColⅠ和ColⅢ的mRNA过表达，而正常皮肤组织无或仅有极弱表达。

The second patient, a 29-year-old male, suffered from a seriously disfiguring facial tumor in the middle and lower parts of his face, classified as a neurofibroma. On January 21, 2007, he underwent the transplantation surgery at the Henri Mondor Hospital of Creteil, France, and was subsequently administered drugs to suppress immune rejection.

Methods Specimens of neurofibroma tissue, keloid and normal skin were collected. The distribution and expression of CTGF was measured by immunohistochemistry. The mRNA expression of CTGF, TGF-β1,ColⅠ and ColⅢ was detected by reverse transcription- polymerase chain reaction. Expression of CTGF protein was measured by western blotting.

收集神经纤维瘤组织、瘢痕疙瘩组织及正常皮肤组织标本，免疫组化检测CTGF的表达，逆转录-聚合酶链式反应方法检测组织CTGF、TGF-β1、Ⅰ型胶原及Ⅲ型胶原 mRNA表达，Western blotting检测组织CTGF蛋白的表达。

Results There are one case neurofibroma, three cases lymphangiomas, one case liparomphalus and one case mixed tumor of parotid gland. 5 cases of them were treated total tumor removal and faciocervical reconstruction,Only one case was removed and reconstructed by 4 stages, clinical effects were satisfied.

结果：6例面颈部巨大肿瘤中神经纤维瘤1例，淋巴管瘤3例，脂肪瘤1例，腮腺混合瘤1例，除1例经过4次手术外，其余5例均行1次手术治疗，效果良好。
