Structure-Based Approximation Learning Theory: Under the description of manifold and topological architecture of neural field, we have proposed a learning frameworks of neural networks based on global architecture approximation theory borrowed from the concept of topology and manifold to solve the optimal problems of learning in non-nonlinear and non-Euclidean space, and discussed a few basic components of the learning theory, learning mechanism and learning algorithm in the term of structure-based approximation and global structure analysis.

基于结构的逼近学习理论：通过人工神经网络模型神经场的流形结构和拓扑结构描述，我们提出了在非线性和非欧氏空间中基于整体结构逼近的神经场学习理论框架；用对偶流形理论和拓扑概念作为工具，讨论了神经网络的学习理论、学习机理、学习算法和算法的具体实现。

Objectives:(1) to introduce immunetolerance in mice sciatic nerve allograft by intrathymic injection of allogene.(2) to compare the effect of fresh sciatic nerve allotransplantion and cold preserved sciatic nerve allotransplantation with different diameter.

研究目的：(1)探讨小鼠胸腺内注射异基因抗原在同种异体异基因坐骨神经移植免疫耐受中的作用；(2)比较不同直径的新鲜自体神经和冷冻异体神经移植的效果，探讨神经直径对神经移植效果的影响。

NRR publishes original contributions written by experts and leaders in the fields of neuroanatomy, pathology, physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, immunology, and auxanology approaches to examine neural regeneration research; it publishes experimental studies dealing with the structure and function of the nervous system, such as cerebral cortex, Hippocampus, pineal, glial cell, spinal cord neurons, peripheral neurons and sensory nerve injury and regeneration research.

NRR非常感兴趣来自神经解剖、病理、生理、生物化学、药理、免疫、发育等多学科、多层面的题材，感兴趣发表以基础实验性研究为主的揭示大脑皮质、海马、松果体、神经胶质细胞、脊髓神经元、周围神经元以及运动、感觉乃至植物神经损伤与再生的研究原著，对有助于认识神经再生正常和异常机制的临床类文章，如罕见病例报告、调查分析等也可纳入范围。

And we used them into the inspection of these polluted gases. We used them because the constringent speed of wavelet neural network is very fast, they are not sensitive to the inputs of the network and they have the characteristic that they also can effectively approach the functions or signals. Classical neural networks mostly train the network with back propagation algorithm.

Then transplantation of the sciatic nerve from donor rats to the recipient rats in two groups were progressed.7 days after nerve transplantation,the contents of cd4 and cd8 in peripheral plasma of recipient rats were detected by flow cytometry.8 weeks after nerve transplantation,transplanted nerve were observed under light microscope.results:compared with nonirradiated group,the percentage of cd4 and the ratio of cd4 to cd8 in uvb irradiated group were significantly decreased（p＜0.05,p＜0.01）,cd8 percentage was significantly increased（p＜0.01）.conclusion:uvb-irradiated donor splenocytes were injected in the recipient rats through caudal veil,which could induce immunological tolerance to allogeneic transplantation.

After analysis and parison of virtues and hort ings of existing systemsafety evaluation ways, Artificial Neural Network, Artificial Intelligence and Expert System are used to build new system safety evaluation means. System safety evaluation model and intelligent expert system for fault diagnosis based on ANN have been put forth. Development and realization of visual neural network for system safety valuation and fault diagnosis provides new idea for system safety evaluation and accident mode diagnosis.

对已有的系统安全评价技术方法的优缺点进行了分析和对比，继而将神经网络技术、人工智能技术、专家系统应用于开发新的系统安全评价方法，提出了基于人工神经网络的系统安全评价方法和基于神经网络的智能故障诊断专家系统模型，开发了可视化的神经网络系统，为系统安全评价与事故模式诊断提供了新思路。

The results show that the single-layered neural tube fails to form and the neural crest cells remain at the lateral regions in the explants with NTDs. However, the patterning of the neural tube is not affected as indicated by the normal expression of the preneural genes.

Objective The changes of some neuropeptides were observed in brain slices of rats with spinal cord damage. Methods The experimental rats were divided into five groups:spinal cord occupied,contused,transected,false-operation groups and normal control.24 hours after operation,all animals were sacrificed,and brain slices produced.

Results There was a similar distributive pattern of Neul, PPCA and β-gal in the inner ear. Neul intense staining was observed in the cochlear spiral ganglion cells, spiral limbus, spiral ligament, vestibular ganglion cells, cristae, maculae hair cells, and weak staining in inner hair cells, outer hair cells, supplying cells of the organ of Corti and stria vascularis. The intense staining of PPCA and β-gal were observed in the spiral ganglion and vestibular ganglion cells, and weak staining in the spiral limbus, spiral ligament, stria vascularis and organ of Corti. The inner ear exhibited no staining when Neul, PPCA and β-gal were deficient, respectively.
