Objective To observe the effect and security of neurolysis of spinal nerve root canal with acupotomy treating lumbar disc protrusion.

Methods 38 cases of lumbar disc herniation with strictured nerve root canal were treated by surgery from 1996 to 1999.To explore that nerve root canal and completely release the pressured nerve.38 cases were follow up.

方法对1996－1999年间，因腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄38例行手术治疗，术中均行神经根管探查并彻底松解受压神经根。
