Hybrid schwannoma/perineuriomas have no evident association with neurofibromatosis and rarely recur. The pathogenetic basis of the dual pattern of differentiation in these lesions remains poorly understood at this time.

混合性神经鞘瘤/神经束膜瘤与神经纤维瘤病无明显关系，且罕有复发，其瘤组织双重分化的发生机制目前仍不清楚。

Results: Large number of immunoreactive fibres was detected in lamina propria and muscularis mucosae. Strong staining of ganglion cells in the Auerbach's and the Meissner's plexus were observed on the normal specimens. There was very little or no immunoreactive fibre in the lamina propria and muscularis mucosae of the aganglionic bowel. However there was strong immunoreactivity in the perineurium of the hypertrophic nerve trunks in the submucosal and intramural layers of aganglionic segments.

结果： 正常肠段的粘膜固有层和粘膜肌层中有大量的P75NGFR阳性纤维，粘膜下和肌间神经丛中神经节细胞表现为P75NGFR强阳性，痉挛段肠管粘膜固有层和粘膜肌层中P75NGFR阳性纤维明显减少或缺如，粘膜下和肌间粗大神经纤维的神经束膜表现为P75NGFR强阳性，象一个环包绕在周围。

According to pathologic features, the intratemporal facial nerve neurilemmomas were classified as ingrowing facial nerve neurilemmomas (4 ears) which originated from the center of facial nerve,and outgrowing facial nerve neurilemmomas (13 ears) which originated from the perineurium at dehiscence of the facial nerve canal.

依其病理行为特征分为外生性（13耳，起自面神经管裂处神经束膜，并向管外生长）和内生性（4耳，起自面神经主干）两种类型。

Methods Seventy-eight adult female PVGrats were divided into experimental group (n=60) and control group (n=18), intraneural injection technique was used to supply three kinds of NO donors with different half-life(DETA NONOate, DPTANONOate and Spermine NONOate) or saline into the rat sciatic nerve subperineurally under light microscope. At the 1th,2th,3th,7th,and 14th day of duration after sciatic nerve injection, a segment of injected sciatic nerve was taken out and embedded it in TAAB resin after tissue processing.
