Methods:Three-dimensional(3D) CT imaging reconstruction was performed in 200case of cervical spine without radicular symptom and injury.C_3-C_7 vertebral body horizontal diameter, sagittal diameter,high.vertebral gap.pedicle vertical diameter and horizontal diameter,coronary high,base long of vertebral uncus,space between vertebral uncus point.highness and width of intervertebral foramenand,transverse foramen,The CT data was transferred to a computer workstation,grouping with age and sex,statistical analysis.

材料与方法：选取200名不同年龄段无外伤、无神经症状和体征的受检者，进行多排螺旋CT薄层扫描，在计算机工作站上对获得图像进行多平面重建，获得相应截面图后，测量各相关指标，包括第3至第7颈椎(C_3-C_7)椎体横径、矢状径及高，椎体间隙，椎弓根的高与宽，冠状位钩突高度、钩突基底宽度、基底长、两侧钩突尖间距及基底长径角度，椎间孔高和宽，横突孔长和宽。按性别、年龄分组进行统计学分析。

In addition to two l-z joints, the medial branches also innervate the multifidus muscle, the interspinous muscle and ligament, and the periosteum of the neural arch.7,28–30 The L5 nerve differs in that it is the dorsal ramus itself that runs along the junction of the sacral ala and superior articular process of the sacrum.29,31 Its medial branch arises opposite the inferolateral corner of the base of the lowest facet joint.

Results: The thickness of intertransverse ligament was about 0.60~1.39mm.

结果：横突间韧带厚度0.60~1.39mm；L(下标 3-5)节段动脉前支及伴行静脉90%以上位于相邻横突间韧带腹侧上1/2处，横突间韧带背侧中1/3处有一恒定节段动脉分支；腰神经前支与矢状面夹角18.90°~39.20°，下位横突的副突处距前方走行腰神经前支距离为5.63~8.05mm，椎弓峡部侧缘至腰神经前支的距离为1.73~3.64mm。

RESULTS:①The myelography and CTM revealed that factors contributing to DLSS included not only zygapophysial joint hyperplasy, hypertrophic ligamentum flavum and intervertebral disc protrution which resulted in degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, but also zygapophysial joint semiluxation and pedicle shift.

结果：①脊髓造影与CT脊髓造影的表现：DLSS对硬膜囊或神经根的压迫较退行性腰椎管狭窄症复杂，除与关节突肥大增生、黄韧带肥厚、椎间盘退变突出有关外，还与关节突关节半脱位、椎弓根移位压迫神经根等因素有关。

It is an ideal operation for applying ilium autografting with vertebral canal posterior wall plastic operation combining pedicle screw fixation to treat burst fracture of thoracolumbar vertebra with spinal stenosis, it is a simple and safe operative technique to entirely decompress in duramater and nerve roots and enlarge bore of vertebral canal therefore eliminating secondary spinal stenosis, the reconstructing of posterior column including spinous process and supraspinal ligament also increasing spinal stability.

自体髂骨移植椎管成形加椎弓根螺钉内固定，对严重胸腰椎爆裂性骨折伴椎管狭窄是一种较理想的手术方法。此方法操作简单、安全，解除神经及硬膜囊压迫的同时扩大了椎管，杜绝了继发性椎管狭窄，重建了后柱结构包括棘突及脊上韧带，增加了脊柱稳定性，值得推广。

The results showed that the muscle weight of botulinum toxin injection side decreased. The craniofacial morphology of the botulinum toxin injection side were smaller in distances of zygomatic arch to mandibular lower border and ramus height than that of the normal saline injection side.

结果发现实验组大白鼠施打肉毒杆菌神经毒素侧其咬肌重量较施打生理食盐水侧及对照组小，其颅颜骨型态在颧骨弓至下颚骨缘距离，冠状突切迹最前端至下颚骨角状突最下点距离，均小於生理食盐水侧距离，有统计上之差异。

The split between the two groups can hardly be papered over.

这两个团体间的分歧难以掩饰。

This approach not only encourages a greater number of responses, but minimizes the likelihood of stale groupthink.
