目的应用改良的周围神经外膜吻合方法以使损伤后的神经功能得到最大限度的恢复。

The results showed the ulcer of affected limb healed at 16w after operation in the SIS compound of SCs group, the diameter and appearance of graft is similar to the proximal and distal segment of sciatic nerve without neuroma formation. Plenty of regenerative vascular net was evident on the epineurium.

结果显示，术后16周，SIS复合雪旺细胞组患肢溃疡基本愈合，移植段与近、远坐骨神经直径相当，外观相似，未见神经瘤形成，外膜表面可见丰富的再生血管网。

After every 60μl of 30% HRP were injected into abdominal section of the esophagus of 20 rats respectively,the labelled neurons were found bilaterally within nodose ganglions of vagus nerve,dorsal root ganglia(T9～L3),thoracic sympathetic ganglions and coeliac ganglion .

将30％辣根过氧化酶溶液注入大鼠食管腹段近贲门处外膜下，切片用四甲基联苯胺法成色，结果如下：标记细胞主要分布于双侧结状神经节，双侧的脊神经节（主要在T9～L3）、双侧的胸交感节（T9～L1）和腹腔节，在延髓的标记细胞见于疑核全长内，主要分布于疑核咀侧端。

According to pathologic features, the intratemporal facial nerve neurilemmomas were classified as ingrowing facial nerve neurilemmomas (4 ears) which originated from the center of facial nerve,and outgrowing facial nerve neurilemmomas (13 ears) which originated from the perineurium at dehiscence of the facial nerve canal.

依其病理行为特征分为外生性（13耳，起自面神经管裂处神经束膜，并向管外生长）和内生性（4耳，起自面神经主干）两种类型。

Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common gland tumor of parotid origin, accounting for 60 to 70%. This kind of tumor usually presents as a slow-growing painless mass anteroinferior to the ear. The diagnosis is based on physical examination, image studying and even fine needle aspiration biopsy. The optimal method of treatment of such tumors is local excision or paroidectomy in which the entire capsule is totally dissected off but the facial nerve is spared. Diagnosis and treatment planning are focused on preventing tumor recurrence and consequent malignant transformation.

腮腺之多形性腺瘤乃是唾液腺最常见的肿瘤，约占所有唾液腺良性肿瘤的百分之六十至七十，这类的肿瘤在临床上的表现常是耳下缓慢增生的无痛性肿块，临床上诊断的依据必须配合临床检查、电脑断层扫描、磁振造影及细针抽取切片的病理检查方可得知，其治疗方式主要是对肿瘤进行局部切除手术或腮腺的切除手术，手术中颜面神经需小心保留，但须将肿瘤的外膜部分切除乾净，诊断及治疗计画著重在预防肿瘤复发及肿瘤产生恶性转变。

ABSTRACT Blood-brain barrier, which is formed by a complex system of cerebral microvascular endothelial cells, astroglia, pericytes, perivascular macrophages, and a basal lamina, plays an important role in maintaining the normal functions of the central nervous system.

血脑屏障是由脑微血管内皮细胞、星形神经胶质细胞、外膜细胞、血管周围巨噬细胞和基底膜组成的一个复杂系统，对维持中枢神经系统的正常功能非常重要。

A total of 150 mesenchymal neoplasms of the GI tract, abdominal cavity, and retroperitoneum were retrieved from consult and surgical pathology archives, including 54 GISTs (8 KIT-negative; 13 desmin-positive), 17 GI leiomyosarcomas, 11 GI mural leiomyomas, 13 leiomyomas of the muscularis mucosae, 12 gastric schwannomas, 15 inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors, 9 cases of mesenteric desmoid fibromatosis, 10 dedifferentiated liposarcomas, and 9 malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors.

我们从会诊病例及活检病例中找出150例间叶性肿瘤（来自胃肠道、腹腔和后腹膜），其中包括54例GISTs（8例KIT阴性、13例desmin阳性）、17例GI道平滑肌肉瘤、11例GI道肌壁间平滑肌瘤、13例GI道粘膜肌层平滑肌瘤、12例胃的神经鞘瘤、15例炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤、9例肠系膜韧带样纤维瘤、10例去分化型脂肪肉瘤和9例恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤。

None of the GISTs, desmoid tumors, inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors, schwannomas, dedifferentiated liposarcomas, or malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors showed cytoplasmic reactivity for smoothelin.

所有GISTs、韧带样纤维瘤、炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤、神经鞘瘤、去分化脂肪肉瘤和恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤病例的瘤细胞浆均不表达smoothelin。

Blood speckle noise in the IVUS image would affect the validity of edge detection badly. A temporal/spatial filtering method was used to preprocess the IVUS image to restrain the noise. Then a method to automatically detect the intima and ectoblastic edge of IVUS image was presented. This method is based on the active contour model and the contrast properties of IVUS image, which makes use of the Hopfield NN and simulated annealing algorithm.

为解决血管内超声图像中严重的血液斑点噪声影响边缘提取方法的有效性问题，采用一种时/空滤波方法对IVUS图像进行降噪预处理，基于活动轮廓模型和IVUS图像的边缘对比度特征量，利用Hopfield神经网络并结合模拟退火算法自动提取IVUS图像的冠脉血管壁内、外膜边缘。
