After 14 weeks of operation, the structure of epineurium was in integrity and there was no obvious difference in perineurium and endonurium between two groups.

结果 术后 2周，A组炎性反应稍重于 B组；至 4周时两组的炎性反应程度相似，近端少许胶原纤维增生；8周时两组的炎性反应基本停止，胶原纤维增生稍明显；14周时两组神经外膜构成完整，束膜、内膜结构无明显差异。

Results There was no obvious change in the ulstrasonographic characteristics and the pathology of the control group.The diameters,internal echo,the continuity of internal linear echo and epineurium changed correpondingly with time of compression in different model groups.

结果声像图表现：对照组与卡压前正常神经未见明显改变，各卡压组高频超声下均可观察到相应声像图变化，随卡压时间的延长，卡压两端内径逐渐增粗，内部回声逐渐减低，内部线性回声连续性差，神经外膜逐渐增厚。

Methods The animal models of the transected sciatic nerve of 40 SD rats were established, which divided into 4 groups:normal saline group, nerve growth factor group,bFGF group and normal control group. The epineurium of the transected sciate nerve was sutured under microscope, then bFGF or NGF was dropped into local sites and injected intramuscularly once a day for 30 days after operation.
