In the end-to-side group, the cutaneous antebrachii medialis nerve was transected, then an 1 mm epineural window was created on the ulnar nerve. Distal end of CAM nerve was sutured to the windowed ulnar nerve by means of end-to-side neurorrhaphy. In the normal control group, CAM and ulnar nerves were exposed. One year post-operatively, evaluations including acetylcholinesterase stain and retrograde Fluoro-Gold neuron tracing were conducted.

端侧缝合组切断前臂内侧皮神经，尺神经后内侧方外膜开窗，将前臂内侧皮神经和开窗的尺神经外膜做端侧缝合，正常对照组仅显露前臂内侧皮神经和尺神经。1年后采用乙酰胆碱酯酶染色和Fluoro-Gold荧光逆行示踪技术，观察和计数前臂内侧皮神经纤维和大鼠脊髓C5~T1前角和背根神经节神经元。

Objective To observe the histological changes ot epimysium-reconstructed epineurium and investigate its role in the regeneration of the injured nerves.

目的观察带蒂肌外膜瓣转位重建神经外膜后的组织学改变及其对损伤段神经再生的作用。

The histological changes of the epimysium-reconstructed epineurium was similar to the intact epineurium.

结论肌外膜瓣重建神经外膜后其组织学改变与神经外膜极为相似，为临床应用提供了实验室依据。

They were connected with fibrin binder in the first group,the epineurium were adhered with ZT gum in the second group.thread of 90 was used in the suture of the epineurium routinely in the third group.

将45只大白鼠随机分为三组，切断右侧坐骨神经，第一组用纤维蛋白粘合剂吻接，第二组用ZT胶行神经外膜粘接，第三组用9～0针线行常规神经外膜缝合。

Methods Thirty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy underwent surgical decompression on inner malleolus tube nervus tibialis and the branches, knee lateral nervus peronaeus tube common peroneal nerve, musculocutaneous nerve of dorsum pedis in both lower limbs, so as to decompress the nerves, epineurium and bundle membrane.

The operations used in this group include neurolysis,epineurial repair,epineurial-fascicular repair,fascicular repair and nerve grafting.Results:All cases were followed-up after 18 months to 60 months and the excellent rate was 80.4％.Conclusions:Those result indicated that the preceded microsurgical repair of peripheral nerve injury is an effective method for raising the excellent rate of peripheral nerve injuries,and for vary nerve,different section of nerve injured,very nature of nerve injury,the method are vary.

目的：分析应用显微外科技术在修复周围神经损伤中影响其疗效的因素及处理措施方法：从1987年至1997年，用显微外科技术修复周围神经损伤80例92条神经，方法包括神经松解术、神经外膜缝合术、外膜束组膜缝合术、束膜缝合术和神经移植术结果：经术后18个～60个随访，优良率80.4％结论：神经断端精确对合和及早修复可提高其疗效；同神经、同的损伤平面、损伤程度同，采用同的缝合方法

Before transecting inject 1ml Sodium Chloride in the epineurium. Annular tensile the proximal of epineurium with microscopic forceps annular shear the epineurium 7mm before broken ends with microscopic shear and stretch the epineurium until the two ends distance is 5mm.Use 8-0 suture line to bridge the nerve gap and make a 5 mm nerve tube at the proximal nerve end. Interrupted suture the epineurium tube and the distal nerve end make a 5 mm nerve mamuro for the injury nerve.Results: Postperative observation lasted for 6 weeks regeneration nerve through the 5 mm nerve mamuro.

在大鼠的坐骨神经距股方肌下缘15mm处，用1ml注射器向神经外膜下注入1ml生理盐水，然后于此处切断坐骨神经，用显微镊环形拉伸近端神经外膜，在距断端约7mm处用显微剪环形剪开神经外膜，并继续拉伸外膜使外膜两断端间距约5mm停止，用8-0的无损伤缝线桥接神经外膜两端，在神经近端形成约5mm的神经外膜管，将神经外膜管与神经远端间断缝合，使断伤的神经束间留有5mm的小间室。
