With physiological, pharmacological and biochemical techniques, we studied the mechanisms of hypothalamic stimulation-induced pressor reaction and ventricular extrasystole and the inhibitory effect of deep peroneal nerve input on these neurogenic abnormal cardiovascular activities in order to reveal the regulatory effect of deep somatic nerve input on the cardiovascular activities and explain the mechanisms of the occurrence and cure of some cardiovascular diseases.

本工作采用多学科的实验技术研究了刺激兔下丘脑诱发血压升高和室性期前收缩的发生机制及刺激腓深神经对此神经源性心血管异常活动的抑制机理，旨在揭示躯体深部神经传入冲动对心血管活动的调节作用，并阐明某些心血管疾病的发生和治疗原理。

The central integrative part of the baroreflex receives afferent information not only from the sino-aortic baroreceptors, but also from various other sources. The present study was to investigate the effect of somatic nerve stimulation on baro-reflex. The exoeriment was performed in α-chloralose-urethane anesthetized rabbits. Intrasi- nusal pressure -mean arterial pressure res- ponse curves were constructed.

在自然状态下，各种传入冲动汇集中枢，很多传入冲动都可影响压力感受性反射，使压力感受性反射受到调制而发生重新调定·本实验旨在观察刺激躯体神经对压力感受性反射的重调定并分析其机制·实验在α-氯醛糖和氨基甲酸乙酯混合麻醉的家兔上进行，利用颈动脉窦灌流技术测量不同窦内压时体循环平均动脉压的水平，并画出窦内压-体循环平均动脉压反应曲线。

Essential hypertension caused by neurovascular compression of the left ventrolateral medulla was associated with malbalance of vasomotor center in the dorsal medulla. The possible pathogenesis was the following:① An irritation of the left RVLM by pulsatile compression of an ectatic vessel would increase activity of central sympathetic neuron.② Neurovascular compression at the REZ of the cranial nerves Ⅸ and Ⅹ decreased excitation of parasympathetic nerve.③ Decreased sensitivity of afferent inputs to neuron of nucleus tractus solitarii in the sensory area lead to hyperactivity of central sympathetic nervous system due to pulsatile compression of the left RVLM.④ Neurocompression of the left RVLM and REZ in the left cranial nerves Ⅸ and Ⅹ lead to an overactivity of central renin angiotensin system.

3，结论：左侧延髓腹外侧Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ动脉血管压迫所导致的高血压的发生与左侧延髓血管运动中枢对血压的调节失衡有关，其可能机制是：①左侧RVLM在搏动性血管压迫刺激下，中枢交感神经元活性增高；②左侧Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ受压导致副交感神经兴奋性降低；③感受区孤束核神经元接受迷走神经传入冲动的敏感性减低，导致中枢交感神经活性增高；④左侧RVLM及Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ受压引起中枢RAS活性增加。
