Inferior petrosal sinus extends from the posterior part of the cavernous sinus and courses along the clivus laterally, in IPS sulcus. It usually leaves cranial cavity through the jugular foramen and eventually joins the jugular bulb or the internal jugular vein.

In the present study,in order to explore the roles of estrogen and progestin in epilepsy and elucidate their mechanisms of action, we utilized animal seizure models induced by intracerebroventricular coriaria lactone and intraperitoneal bemegride, studied the effects of estrogen and progestin on central nervous system functions in behavior,electrophysiological,cellular,molecular and gene levels by means of neuroelectrophysiology, flow cytometry, high performance liquid chromatography, immunocytochemical and in situ hybridization techniques.

为了探索雌、孕激素在癫痫发病中的作用，阐明其作用机制，本工作分别以马桑内酯侧脑室注射致痫、贝美格（Be腹腔注射致痫大鼠为实验对象，采用神经贫血电生理、流式细胞美白免疫荧光、高效液相色谱、美白免疫细胞化学、原位杂交早泻技术，从整体、行为、细胞、分子以及基因水平研究发现了雌、孕激素对大鼠中枢神经贫血系统功能的影响。

The pressor effect of adenosine was due to carotid body cheoreceptor activation. However, a slight increase of ABP induced by intracarotid bolus injection of adenosine following the section of carotid sinus nerves was observed in a few rats, which implied that the central effect might be involved in the pressor effect of adenosine. The delayed effect of adenosine may be attributed to the direct actions (including the negative chronotropic action, thenegative dromotropic action, the negative inotropic action and the vasodilator effect) of adenosine on the heart and blood vessels.

The results show as follows:(1) immunoreactive neurons of NPY in pigeon cerebellum tire mainly located in the Purkinje cell layer of the cerebellar cortex, especially in the top of Purkinje cell in cerebellar folia:(2) a few neuropeptide Y immunoreactive neurons are observed in the central nuclei of cerebellar white matter .which is different from silky fowl, chick and rat;(3) none of neuropeptide Y immunoreactive neurons are found both in the molecular and granular layer.

结果显示：(1)小脑内神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y，NPY)阳性神经元主要存在于小脑皮质的蒲肯野氏细胞层，且以小叶顶端的蒲肯野氏细胞阳性明显；(2)小脑白质中央核可见到少量阳性神经元，不同于乌鸡、肉鸡及大鼠；(3)分子层、颗粒层未见阳性反应细胞。

The results suggest that habenula may serve as a relay in the descending pathway of analgesia from nucleus accumbens to PAG, using ME in habenula and ME and GABA in PAG as neurotransmitters.

Intrathecal injection of nonselective opioid antagonist naloxone blocked the OT-induced antinociception in normal rats and in rats with inflammation; intrathecal injecion of naloxone lightly enhanced the OT-induced hyperalgesic effect in rats with ligation during hyperalgesia phase.

Results: The immunoreactive products of NT-4 were distributed the large neurons of ventrolateral and intermedius zone. The immunoreactive product was mainly located in cytoplasm,and many neurites were stained. In addition,many positive neurons in the dorsal horn were oberseved too.
