We find that there are two types of CRF immunoreactive neurons in the cerebral cortex. Type I cells were mainly distributed in layers II -III. Morphologically this type of cells is interneuron and is the true CRF neuron in general meaning.

我们的研究显示，皮层中有两种类型的CRF阳性神经元，其中CRF阳性Ⅰ型细胞主要分布在皮层的Ⅱ-Ⅲ层，形态学特征显示这些细胞为抑制性中间神经元，且为真正的CRF神经元。

Results After spinal cord hemisected, the number of CN and RN neurons was decreased obviously, the area of CN was diminished, and the NOS positive neurons of CN were increased at lesioned side in the control group.

Results 45-51% of the nerve fibers innervating the superior rectus muscle in rats of group Ⅰ and 81-87% in group Ⅱ came from the neuron in contralateral midbrain, and the distribution of the neurons in midbrain was closer to normal rats in group Ⅱ than group Ⅰ.

Methods: The cerebral cortical astrocytes and neurons of rats were cultured and the model of simulated cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was set up in vitro.
