The paper introduces the principle of the thrust hydraulic system of telescopic shield tunneling machine,and build the modle of hydraulic system in AMESim environment,basis the fact to optimum design the relevant parametre,considering the system s time-change,non-linear and the affect of complex operating contion,adopting the control alforithm of RBF Neural Network Self-tuning PID.

Based on the analysis of current situation of urban traffic signal control, a method of single intersection signal control was presented based on fuzzy neural network control. Density of vehicle flow of current and next phase was determined by detecting the queue length of the current and next phase, so that it was further determined whether the phase should be changed or not.

In conclusion, Schwann cells from wallerian degenerating facial nerves of rats might bear with similar biological characteristics and functional phenotype to those from sciatic nerves in vitro, and they might be able to produce soluble NTFs for trophic support on facial motoneuron cultures. The establishment of methods for obtaining high-purity facial motoneuron cultures of rats with partially labeled fluorescence should be of significance in contribution to further investigation on facial motoneuron's response to NTFs and other affecting factors.

综上所述，本文通过面神经雪旺氏细胞体外培养条件下生物学特性、功能表型，及其对培养面神经运动神经元细胞的营养活性作用的研究，为在体外条件下研究雪旺氏细胞对面神经运动神经元的营养支持作用时，如何选择细胞来源，提供了实验依据；建立了获得较高纯度并带荧光标记的面神经运动神经元的分离和体外培养方法，为进一步研究影响面神经生长、损伤后再生修复的因素奠定了实验基础。

SD rat emotional stress was simulated with the communication box model. The microstructural and ultrastructural pathological change in the TMJ and external pterygoid muscle was observed to show the emotional stress influence to TMJ structure and metabolism. 90 SD rats were randomly divided into control group, emotional stress group and foot-shocked group in average.

objective to explore some ct characteristics and risk factors for traumatic chronic bilateral subdural hematoma.methods a total of 52 patients with chronic subdural hematoma were reviewed.some ct characteristics of bcsdh were studied first.then,the risk factors for bcsdh were determined by logistic regression model from the following variates: age,gender,prediagnostic duration,site for injury force,coma experience and ct showing after injury.results bcsdh was observed in 44.2% of 52 patients with csdh.
