Essential hypertension caused by neurovascular compression of the left ventrolateral medulla was associated with malbalance of vasomotor center in the dorsal medulla. The possible pathogenesis was the following:① An irritation of the left RVLM by pulsatile compression of an ectatic vessel would increase activity of central sympathetic neuron.② Neurovascular compression at the REZ of the cranial nerves Ⅸ and Ⅹ decreased excitation of parasympathetic nerve.③ Decreased sensitivity of afferent inputs to neuron of nucleus tractus solitarii in the sensory area lead to hyperactivity of central sympathetic nervous system due to pulsatile compression of the left RVLM.④ Neurocompression of the left RVLM and REZ in the left cranial nerves Ⅸ and Ⅹ lead to an overactivity of central renin angiotensin system.

3，结论：左侧延髓腹外侧Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ动脉血管压迫所导致的高血压的发生与左侧延髓血管运动中枢对血压的调节失衡有关，其可能机制是：①左侧RVLM在搏动性血管压迫刺激下，中枢交感神经元活性增高；②左侧Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ受压导致副交感神经兴奋性降低；③感受区孤束核神经元接受迷走神经传入冲动的敏感性减低，导致中枢交感神经活性增高；④左侧RVLM及Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ受压引起中枢RAS活性增加。

In order to apply neural network and intelligent control in supermaneuverable flight, the mathematic model of flighter is obtained, and the nonlinear aerodynamic coefficients are identified using computational neural networks, then, a neural network control system for supermaneuver is designed according to the timescale, and a intelligent compensator is givento compensate for the system errors which are caused by the networks training error, no-samples input, disturbance and time-delay, etc, which including the design of knowledge base, blackboard and reasoning engneer, the simulation results of Herbst maneuver demonstrate the designed control system is satisfying.

Results The thickness between skin and hypodermis is 1.12±0.35cm,the gluteus maximus' is (1.75±0.48)cm,gluteus medius'is (1.41±0.35)cm,the deep branch of superior gluteal nerve and blood form in common vascular nerve layer,most of which divided into upper and lower branches,tacking (64±0.68)cm,the blood vessela are separately under the revelant nerve.

Results 5 cases of ependymocytoma, 3 cases of astrocytoma, 1 medulloblastoma hemangioblastoma in 10 cases of intra-medullary tumor; 36 cases of neurogenic tumor, 11 cases of spinal meningioma in 47 cases of subdural extramedullary tumor; 2 cases of neurogenic tumor strided over scleromeninx;2 cases of extradural metastatic tumor, 1 cestodiasis, 2 cases of epidural hematoma, which were mistaken for hemangioma before surgical operation and 1 vascular malformation in 4 cases of intraspinal nontumorous occupying lesion.
