CME Regional Anesthesia, Intraneural Injection, and Nerve Injury: Beyond the Epineurium.

CME 局部麻醉，神经内注射，和神经损伤：不只是神经外膜。

METHODS: The bilateral facial nerve were obtained from rabbits, and removed the adipose tissue and epineurium of the nerve surface under the surgery microscope, then divided these nerves into 66 segments, with each length of 10 mm.

取兔双侧面神经，在手术显微镜下去除神经表面的脂肪组织和神经外膜，将其分为每段10 mm长，共66条。

The fine vessel braneh could be found on epineurium and periheurium in 3 days, the capillary network has been formed in the midportion of the nerve segment and spread toward two sides in 7 days, from 14 to 21 days, the capillary network spreaded through the whole grafts and conrected with the capillaries from the two ends.

术后3天，血管已在神经外膜和束膜上形成微小分支。7天移植神经的中段已形成毛细血第四军医大学硕士研究生毕业论文管网，并向两端扩展，而自两端长入的血管则较少。14天至刀天，血管网己分布在移植神经段的全段及各层，并与两端长入的毛细血管相吻合。

Decompression can improve nerve conduction function significantly, while injection of lemithason in epineurium after decompression can promote the structure and function recovery of injured nerve.

卡压去除后可明显改善神经传导功能，而松解后神经周围给予利美达松有助于损伤神经的结构再生和功能恢复。

The microsurgical decompression on cerebromedullary tube stenosis, epineurium and bundle membrane among patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can relieve numbness and pain for the patients. The function of the nerves can be improved too.

糖尿病周围神经病经过在显微外科手术下进行神经管道性狭窄松解及神经外膜、束膜的松解后能明显缓解病人的麻木、疼痛症状，神经功能有一定的恢复。

In the side-to-side group, the lateral side of distally severed peroneal nerve trunk with removal of the epineurium was sutured to the tibial nerve trunk with removal of the same area of the epineurium.

侧-侧缝合组：将腓神经远侧断段侧壁去除外膜，同样胫神经侧壁去外膜，两者去除外膜的面积相当于腓神经直径的3倍。

Methods Recurrent branch of median nerve were separated adversely to wrist and both side were differentiated by its thickness,position and pathway of epineurium vessels.

远端定位：自正中神经返支发出处逆行追踪正中神经返支至腕部断裂部位，准确定位远断端上那一束为正中神经返支。

METHODS The animal models of the transected sciatic nerve of 40 SD rats were established, which divided into 4 groups: normal saline group, nerve growth factor group, bFGF group and normal control group. The epineurium of the transected sciatic nerve was sutured under microscope, then bFGF or NGF was dropped into local sites and injected intramuscularly once a day for 30 days after operation.

建立大鼠坐骨神经离断模型，镜下进行神经外膜缝合，局部滴加药物和术后肌注bFGF 以及临床用药神经生长因子，通过神经传导速度和功能指数评定观察坐骨神经修复情况。

The results indicate that the ANN structure and the training sample have some impact on the prediction precision. The real time measured power as input will improve the precision of 30 min ahead prediction, however will decrease the precision of 1h ahead prediction. The results which using the atmospheric data at all different heights as input have a higher accuracy when compared with the results using hub height data only. The designed ANN can forecast the error band.

研究结果表明，神经网络的结构和输入样本对预测结果有一定的影响；实测功率数据作为输入可以提高提前量为30 min的预测精度，而对提前量为1 h的预测精度会降低；把不同高度的数据都作为神经网络的输入比只采用轮毂高度数据的预测精度高；设计的神经网络能够对误差带进行预测。

The split between the two groups can hardly be papered over.

这两个团体间的分歧难以掩饰。

This approach not only encourages a greater number of responses, but minimizes the likelihood of stale groupthink.

这种做法不仅鼓励了更多的反应，而且减少跟风的可能性。
