Methods: The bilateral superior buccal branches of facial nerve were exposed and transected, a nerve growth chamber were created by suturing the epineurium and silicone chamber under microscope .The chambers of experimental sides were injected with HGF/normal saline and that of the control sides with normal saline of same amount (10μL ),the regenerated nerves in the chambers were dissected and postoperative evaluation were performed byelectrophyiological testing , histopathologic, morphological studies under gross observation, light microscope at 1,2,4 weeks after operation, respectively.

实验设生理盐水对照组和肝细胞生长因子组，选用30只成年、健康新西兰家兔，暴露并分离双侧面神经上颊支，将其横断后套入硅胶管内，用显微外科技术将硅胶管与神经外膜缝合以形成硅胶神经再生腔，在一侧硅胶神经再生腔内注入HGF为实验侧，在另一侧注入生理盐水为对照侧，于术后1周、2周、4周分别麻醉家兔后行电生理检测，在肉眼、光镜、特殊染色下进行组织形态学观察，并在光镜下进行形态定量分析。

The notable proliferation was not observed by eyes in the local of injection. The infiltration of inflammation cells and mild proliferation of fibrocyte around dura mater was observed by HE stained in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. Infiltration and exudation of inflammation cells was observed by HE stained in epidural nerve root. Compared with group A, no changes of group B, C and D were observed under specific stained. Proliferation of type Ⅱ collagen fibers around dura mater was seen under immunohistochemical stained in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. There is no significant demyelination changes under LFB stained. The thickness and shape of the myelin sheath in epidural nerve root was not regular under transmission electronic microscopy in 4 and 8 weeks after injection. Fibroblast was also seen there. In nerve endometrium, macrophage could be seen under TEM, myelinated nerve fiber changed significantly, but nonmyelinated nerve fiber changed mildly. When 8 weeks, the changes of group D is smaller than the group B and C.

给药局部肉眼观察未见明显的纤维组织增生；HE染色可见B、C、D三组给药后四周及八周时硬膜内外均有炎细胞浸润，纤维细胞轻度增生，硬膜外神经根内有炎细胞浸润及炎性渗出；特殊染色B、C、D三组同A组相比未见有脊髓及神经根的改变；免疫组化染色，给药后四周及八周时，硬膜内外均有Ⅱ型胶原纤维增生；固兰染色B、C、D三组未见有明显脱髓鞘改变，与A组相比无明显异常改变；电镜观察B、C、D三组在给药后的四周及八周时，表现为硬膜外神经根内髓鞘厚薄不一，形状不规则，可见成纤维细胞，神经内膜中可见有巨噬细胞；粗大的有髓神经纤维变化明显，无髓神经纤维受累较轻；八周时电镜下D组改变较B、C两组为轻。

It has become one of the important tasks in the study on modern electric system. At first, this text has briefly introduced meanings, the current development and the main methods which the electric load forecasting are used. This paper aimed at the floatability which the load data had and the nature that neural networks model is easy to fall into part infinitesimal value and low iterative speed, this paper proposed a method based on neural networks and SVM. SVM can dispel the less summation and the larger single point errors of neural networks, and the neural networks could dispel the simplification of the model of the vector support machine.

本文首先介绍了电力系统负荷预测的意义、发展现状和主要方法；针对负荷数据具有浮动的特点以及神经网络模型算法容易陷入局部极小和迭代速度较慢的缺点，提出了一种基于神经网络和支持向量机的混合负荷预测方法，此方法能通过支持向量机消除神经网络的总和较小但单点误差较大的不利现象，而神经网络消除了支持向量机的模型简单问题。

Anatomical study proved:①.4~8 nutritional vessels of sural nerve –small saphenous vein were the intermuscular perforators of peroneal artery, the furthermost one located at(1.0±1.3)cm above the tip of external malleolus with diameter (0.6±0.2)mm;②.2~6 musculocutaneous perforators were given off by the artery of outer head of gastrocnemius muscle to supply nutrition to the sural nerve-small saphenous vein;③.intermuscular perforators from peroneal artery supplied blood to fibula and outer head of soleus muscle.the perforators with an average outer diameter of （1.3-1.6）cm gave off cutaneous branch ,fascial branch and nutritional vessels to the sural nerve-small saphenous vein,which formed the vessel chain of the sural nerve-small saphenous vein ,sub-fascial and suprafascial vessel net.

结果：1、解剖实验证实：①、腓肠神经-小隐静脉营养血管来自腓动脉肌间隔穿支4～8支，最远的跟外侧动脉穿支距外踝尖上(1.0±1.3)cm，外径(0.6±0.2)mm。②、腓肠肌外侧头动脉沿途发2-6支的肌皮穿支营养腓肠神经-小隐静脉。③、腓动脉肌间隔穿支营养腓骨、比目鱼肌外侧半。上述穿皮支平均外径在0.3～1.6mm，发出皮支、筋膜支、腓肠神经-小隐静脉营养血管，形成腓肠神经-小隐静脉血管链以及深、浅筋膜血管网。

At first, this paper surveys nonlinear control and the applications of neural networks in control respectively. Then it studies definitions, mathematical descriptions and conditions of invertibility for nonlinear systems, which are used to analyze the feasibility of inverse system control method. Conclusions about the feasibility of inverse control and the realizability of αth-order inverse systems in engineering are achieved. Furthermore, this paper discusses the feasibility, structure and identification of neural network αth-order inverse system for general single-input single-output continuous or discrete nonlinear systems and various composite control methods based on the αth-order inverse. At last, as a part work of an actual project, this paper focuses on the design of neural network αth-order inverse control method for thyristor controlled series compensation in power systems and its effect in improving the stability of power systems.

本文首先分别概述非线性系统的控制与人工神经网络在控制中的应用；然后研究非线性系统各种可逆性的定义、数学描述及可逆性条件，并用于分析逆系统控制方法的可行性，得出有关逆系统控制方法可行性的结论，阐明一般情况下α阶逆系统才工程可实现；接着本文针对一般单输入单输出连续、离散非线性系统，研究神经网络α阶逆系统的可行性、结构与辨识以及基于神经网络α阶逆系统的各种复合控制方法，并给出应用例子；最后本文结合实际项目，针对采用可控串补的电力系统，设计神经网络α阶逆系统控制方法，研究其对提高电力系统稳定性的作用。

NSCs look like circle or ellipse with or without short neurite, with large nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio and deep karyotin. NSCs have no visible differences with other kinds of cells in appearance, and have no cell surface marker. Currently, there are mainly three aspects to identify NSCs: expression of specific nerve antigen, including nestin, Musashi, transcription factor, and cell adhesion molecules; self-renewal ability including single cell clone analysis, BrdU mark and S phase cell; the potential of multi-direction differentiation including immunocytochemical process and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction.
