今年以来，在李洪志及海外"法轮功"组织总部的策划、唆使下，境内"法轮功"地下组织秘密串联，组织购买、装配、散发大量"定时播音装置"，在全国范围内非法宣扬邪教，危害社会秩序，破坏安定团结的政治局面。
