In the introduction there is an explanation of the reason why I choose this title and also the questions about Switzerland in the field of present research and the meaning of those researches. The first part describes the formation of the community of Switzerland, and there I define the word "community" and the peculiarity of each member of this community, the time the Swiss people take to build this community. The second part describes this formation with more details like geographical problem, language differences, the psychological pugnacity for liberty, the practical art of neutrality and the freedom for religious behavior. Those themes prove the formation of the Swiss community. The third part contains the following topics: the international position of Switzerland and its stability, the balance of economic production, the foundation of the Swiss government and the charm of its feature. For those topics I use the economic, political and cultural angle.

This research take one class in the kindergarten affiliated to Hangzhou college of Preschool Teacher Education as the research object.This research employ the social measurement to differ the chidren's sociometric status, and access the naturalistic observation, situation observation and interview method to research on the different types and characteristics of peer communication strategies that children in different social status adopt, and looks into the probable reason. Again in this foundation, suggestions for the improvement of association strategies are concluded for the consideration of teachers and parents.

本研究以浙江师范大学杭州幼儿师范学院附属幼儿园大三班35名5～6岁幼儿为研究对象，采用社会测量法对其社交地位进行划分，并采用自然观察法、情境观测法和访谈法，研究不同社交地位幼儿同伴交往策略的使用类型和特点，分析不同社交地位幼儿使用不同交往策略的原因，在此基础上提出改善社交地位不良幼儿交往策略的建议，期望给教师和家长一些启示。

There were differences in peer relation and classroom structure among male students of sociometric statuses, while there were no such differences among female students of sociometric statuses (3) perceived interpersonal harmony by students was positively correlated with their prosocial behaviors, but were uncorrelated with aggressive behaviors; peer relation was negatively correlated with shyness-sensitivity.
