The effect of flow rates, initial concentrations, resin bed heights, its height/ diameter ratios and temperature on breakthrough curves of sulfuric acid/2-naphthalenesulphonic acid, 2-naphthalenesulphonic acid/sulfurous acid and sulfuric acid/ 2-naphthalenesulphonic acid/sulfurous acid systems was investigated. 考察了流速，初始浓度，床层高度，床层高径比，温度等因素对硫酸-2-萘磺酸，2-萘磺酸-亚硫酸和硫酸-2-萘磺酸-亚硫酸等混合体系穿透曲线的影响，所建立的穿透曲线模型与实验结果拟合较好，模型可较准确预测多组分吸附分离的穿透曲线，可用于指导吸附分离实验的放大以及装置的设计。
